This contain bituminous so..thick bonding to existing surface. First add 10-15% of water to the Tar felt LM and mix well apply on the surface smoothly. Pacca fill in to all the small holes. After 2-3 hour's apply the Tar LM direct to the surface. It is prevent all capilliary action from the earth.
