Thank you for all your hard work filming and editing whilst you were under the weather. Looking forward to your IOW tour. We went there for the day in our tow car leaving the moho on CAMC Brockenhurst. We can highly recommend lunch at Ventnor Botanic Gardens cafe. Plenty of parking, (free if eating in the cafe) good food and more importantly dog friendly.
I’ve enjoyed watching your trip in the Adamo , lots of sites added to our must visit list. Whilst on Isle of White find time to visit Osborne House , lovely grounds and beachfront.
You should enjoy the IoW...when I was in the Navy we used to go over there to get away from the dock yard & city...it was like stepping back in time plus they had old London Tube trains instead of full sized carriages , not sure if they still have them but you will have to keep an eye out for any...have a great trip south. Really looking forward to your Orkney trip😃.

Bob could you help me please. We used to be motor homers and followed your adventures. Then John unfortunately had a stroke a year ago today and died 3 months later. I bought myself the loveliest, most amazing puppy - a Shih tzu called Holly. Now I need ad vice about an appropriate harness please. If I have to put it over her head it becomes a game to put in her mouth and hold on to it! What sort of harness does Poppy wear please. Xx

Not sure what dates you are on the island, but be aware the iow music festival is on 15th-18th June, if you are over during this then avoid Newport area and stick to the south of the island. Really looking forward to the trip.
Still enjoy watching you all, can’t wait to see your IOW tour , haven’t been for awhile but do love it there, if you can go to Osbourne House unfortunately dogs not allowed in house but are allowed in the beautiful gardens, there’s a lovely walk to the beach where Queen Victoria use to bathe

Bob there's a little site opposite aldi...full service ..it was £20 a night last year and its 10mins to the pub ect...worth a try for an overnight...we use it alot...

Excellent info. We are staying at Kendal C&C site in July and this has been a great video and increased our excitement for our stay even more. We don’t tow a car or drive off site so am hoping that there is a local bus service to get around. Although we can walk for half hour to the pub and supermarkets. We love the Isle of Wight but not been over in our Moho yet. Can’t wait til you get there! Thank you for all your great work. ❤

I think Spital farm is a better option. Short walk into kendal and fully serviced pitches for £20-£25. They also have regular C&CC rallies. I think I paid £10 per night last September.

Interesting coincidence to see Kendal as my van was marooned there for two weeks on the way up to Scotland with PAS failure. Typing this now from the shore of Loch Linnhe at Bunree about to head south. Looking forward to seeing IoW, not been there before
Hi Bob and jenny,we took a run to aberfoyle today but it was too hot for our 2 dogs.dropped n to trossachs camp site,the lady at reception let us take a run in to the new part,def would visit there once it opens but not at the moment.enjoyed your trip,we don't always find what we would like but it's all part of the journey
Nice miss of the queue by going on the A6, nice for a change anyway. The Kendal site was a little out of the way for things all be it walkable still the entrance was a bit narrow wasn’t it and the stones would be very unforgiving! When we stayed in Kendal we stayed at an independent one (Spital) Rachel didn’t like that one but I didn’t mind it and it was very handy for the ships 😊 All the best, David & Rachel 👍

We have an 8ft wide Adria so some sites we would really struggle to access especially Kendal. Looking forward to your upcoming travels. Glad you are feeling better.

I think you will like the Isle of White it was years since i went but was so nice, people had orange/lemon trees growing in the garden haha i thought was great. I took a ride on the cable car down to the beach with muti coloured sand, and stayed in a silver service hotel where David Bailey was staying the same time. If you know you know lol

Hi we always watch your vlogs, you did say at the start of the year i think you were going to visit more independant sites not just caravan and camping sites?
I thought the Kendal site looked really nice, albeit a bit expensive. The scenery around there is also beautiful. Already looking forward to seeing your next trip.
But is the same bit of land. There council charge does not go up because there are 3 holiday in the month. No it’s money making not getting at you two but I would not pay it. It want’s stopping.
It's demand led pricing, brought in because people complained they couldn't get pitches during busy periods. We did have trouble finding pitches for ourselves that weekend.

Great video. We stayed there last year and couldn’t face the return walk from Kendal town so took a taxi- think it was £8 ish.

We have, four of these sites on this tour were non club sites. We also said we didn't get as many views for those sites as the club sites.
