My favorite is my ‘range bag’! It’s the big 18” zippered top Hercules tool bag. It’s got a great padded shoulder strap and plenty of side pockets (pistol magazine pouches) and great amount of internal space. Built like a tank, re-enforced stitching everywhere, incredibly strong and durable. Easily carries more weight in guns & ammo than I’m willing to try and carry! Can’t beat the price either. I had a little Midway range bag, I usually just carry it inside the Harbor Freight Hercules tool bag now. 👍
I got a pair of ear muff type hearing protectors from hf, with active noise cancelling to block loud noises but allow speech to be heard. They were each under $20 and have worked well.
I have a few of those, eye pro, ear plugs, ammo case, precision tool kit… never even noticed the cotton swabs, i thought about building a cheap-o cleaning kit to throw in my range bag. Thanks for the idea… love that store
Really good video. Right now those .50 cal ammo cans are about 10 bucks during there parking lot June sale. I never thought about those swabs or the tool chest liner for gun cleaning, great idea. Need to get a couple of the magnetic trays, always dropping small screws or parts. I use their brushes and picks. Think I’ll get the screwdriver set. Hope you do more videos like this. 😃🇺🇸
Harbor Freight is trying to step up their game and I think they're underrated personally. Some of those things you can even get for free with coupons. Good find
They also used to have (unclear if they still do) very strong magnets with an attached hook. I use these to store pistols affixed to the metal wall of my gun safes to free up space in the racks for more pistols...
Harbor Freight is 100% my new toy store ever since discovering them. I get all my ammo cans from them but ive only bougbt the .30 cal plastic ones and am still curious about the metal/apache cases
I use the magnetic parts trays when building ARs, because all the little springs, pins, ... parts stay snuggly in place. Sometimes the small trays are even a free gift, with a larger purchase. But I use those trays all the time, around the house.
The Detail Brush set of 3- They sell those brushes individually also- 99 cents each. I buy the 3 piece set and a couple extra Nylons also when there. Thanks for the video!
Everything you bought at harbor freight is super excellent. They have very good gun safes for half the price of other brand names. Their tools are guaranteed for life. Never had a problem with them. Great video. Thank you
I got a tiny ratcheting 1/4inch bit driver with a 3inch handle there and I’ve used it every time I have to change something on a gun. Great little tool for guns or anywhere else you’d use bits. With a Fix It Stix torque adapter it makes properly mounting accessories super fast and easy.
Great video, I have most of the things that you showed from Harbor Freight. I guess good minds think alike. Take the brush to the magnetic parts holder to confirm its not steel. I got the ammo cans on sale for $8. They do still drop the price to $10 often. I would recommend their roll pin punch kit and some f clamps, too.
Yeah man I dig what you do. I have walked every aisle in my Harbor Freight and and haven't seen all that you have shown us. Great job ! Much appreciated 👍
I thought I was the only one that used those 3brush sets on my guns/cars 😂. I bought mine at dollar tree literally looks just like this probably the same china brushes. I used the steel one not knowing what it was (packaging blank 🗑️) & put a big scratch on my center console around my gear shifter so I never used it again. Those qtips look useful & magnet bowl definitely getting bought 👍🏾
I've been buying most of what you shown. What I have not bought is the cotton swaps and the draw liner. Thank you for showing that. I will be getting those items. I also will be removing the steel brush from the gun bench.
If you shoot steel case, you may want to refrain from putting bcg parts and firing pins in the magnetic tray. It can magnetize these parts, then they will attract steel particles that shave off of steel casings. Also those cotton swabs can be used for cleaning optics’ lenses as well.
These were great ideas I actually was wondering were to get those large Q tip's for gun cleaning I'm going out today to get some plus that mat looks good thanks for the ideas!!
The mini pick and hook set are perfect for unhooking the magazine release spring on the Glock pistols. I always upgrade with aftermarket mag release buttons with my Glocks and I can switch it out in seconds using the hook. I use them all the time on other firearms too. Endless possibilities. I’m going down to Harbor Freight now to buy the cotton swabs. Thanks for letting us know about these amazing products.
I had NO idea about that pack of cotton swabs and honestly the more I think about it, the more uses I can see for having them. Definitely going to pick some up on my next visit! Thank you for the great video!
Watced another video on range bags, made a list then went to HF. Already had ammo cans years ago. Then found every thing I listed. Hearing muffs, ear plug, safety glasses, swabs, mats, brushes, oil, wipes, gloves, and a small screwdriver. Didn't have the small brass hammer or drift pins---that day---.
At work I have 10, Short Barrel Rifles that I take care of. I went to Harbor Freight and got lacing wire and lacing wire pliers to ensure that the AimPoint Pros do NOT separate from the rifle. Old army trick I learned for grenade launchers and machine guns.
How would the aimpoint get separated? Have you tried out an m4s? The stock mounts on those are rock solid (looking at mine rn I use for home defense). Is the mount a weak point on the pros?
Cool products. I have been using swabs for gun cleaning and those would work great. Nice brushes. None last forever and those are a great price. I like those cases. I have a small digital combination safe from Harbor Freight. Fast access to my handguns. Good price. Has worked great for years now. Yah, I'd like to see more. I need to head over to Harbor Freight.
Great ideas in the video I never thought about Harbor Freight is under estimated witch is great for us. Keep the videos coming with cost effective gun material wherever you find it Thanks
🇦🇺😎👍Hey mate..those hard plastic boxes are great. The ones at the gun shop are pretty expensive but Toolpro do make a cheaper version ( but just as good ). Down here I get them from the car accessory shops. ( SuperCheap)....The new Smith&Wesson revolvers have a blued/paint coating that rubs off a lot easier than the old blueing so the rubber mat would be a bonus up on the bench…We don’t have those cotton swabs down here. I guess the US has a bigger market than down here. Australia gets the left overs. I think we only have a million shooters….I’ve seen the little brushes around….those screwdriver kits are great if you can discipline yourself and put it all back….great video mate🏁🇺🇸🏁🇺🇸
Yes sir!!! Lets go!! No seriously lets go. 😂 i would have loved to get away from the wood table. Its a nice table but we've been staring at it for months, or atleast i have cause i watch pretty much everyone of ya video's trying to support ya and the channel. You are spot on about harbor freight. They are awesome for getting stuff like this. Even other stuff like a vise, stands and drawers. I personally love there black nitride gloves, they are heavy duty and very strong. I actually learned about them from my tattoo buddy. There micro fiber towels and other rags are great for guns also! People be sleeping on harbor freight and when you do as much gun stuff as us its a way of life. So save money where ya can so you can put it back into the hobby of guns, ammo, and accessories. Now lets go shoot!! 🎉🎉🎉
Walmart has one of those screwdriver kits by hypertough for $10, im pretty sure it has more bits and it comes with magnets, tweezers, an extension and etc.
I wish I could post pictures of the gun... I mean work table I've constructed. It's over built (I can stand on it and jump on it without fear.). The legs are 4"x4"s with a 2xs laminated screwed and with liquid nails to a 1/4" plywood topper. The top has the thicker Harbor Freight (HF) grey anti-fatigue mat (protects the pojects very nicely) stuck to it using a spray adhesive I also got at (HF). On one end I have a large Central Machinery vice that can rotate left or right and tilt, making it easy to clamp something like the Magpul AR-15 BEV Block, my Midwest Industries Upper Receiver Rod, or Midwest Industries AR-15 Lower Receiver Block in should I need to use that to work on a gas block, muzzle device, torque a barrel or anything else that I could use a strong extra hand with. To top it all off I can roll it around because I attached 4 heavy duty HF locking castors to the bottom of the table's legs. I already have used various other (HF) tools and the cotton swabs. They are stored in the rolling, stackable Bauer tool chest (HF) with my spare parts.
HF cans are more heavy duty than the brand Walmart carries. But the latching seems weak on the few I have. I have some trust issues when picking up a full can and use both hands .
Gun cleaning kits are ridiculously expensive for what’s inside them. You can get all the materials you need to clean guns and rifles at Harbor freight, even cleaning solvent and lubrication.
i hear ya. didnt know about the swabs. I already have a cpl diff ammo cans. The picks, i already had from working in the RV industry. I dont have a magnetic dish. havent found a need. But thinking i should pick one up, just cause. i do need to get more of the brushes. mine wore out yrs ago.
Don’t really care for fun storage. The ammo storage is useful I have A couple…. Although we had 1 dented so it worked mostly but have to resized and still works great
This dude is right on the money harbor freight is underrated when it comes to gun supplies
Watching this in the harbor freight parking lot waiting for them to open 😂😂😂
YES
I thought I had an addiction to HF lol

Love the apache cases! Great quality
Harbor Freight is trying to step up their game and I think they're underrated personally. Some of those things you can even get for free with coupons. Good find
Here's one from outside the box. Harbor freight sells leather work belts. I use them as gun belts and have darken the leather with WD40.
They also used to have (unclear if they still do) very strong magnets with an attached hook. I use these to store pistols affixed to the metal wall of my gun safes to free up space in the racks for more pistols...
Next up: Storage options from Harbor Freight. I'd be interested in seeing the Apache long gun cases, as well as the gun cabinets and gun safes.
Harbor Freight is 100% my new toy store ever since discovering them. I get all my ammo cans from them but ive only bougbt the .30 cal plastic ones and am still curious about the metal/apache cases
I use the 3800 Apache for my Glock 19x. Fantastic storage for gun storage.
I use the magnetic parts trays when building ARs, because all the little springs, pins, ... parts stay snuggly in place. Sometimes the small trays are even a free gift, with a larger purchase. But I use those trays all the time, around the house.
I’ve actually been binge watching these harbor freight gun tools and accessories videos 🤣
I honestly didn't know they was a thing
The Detail Brush set of 3-
They sell those brushes individually also-
99 cents each.
I buy the 3 piece set and a couple extra Nylons also when there.
Thanks for the video!
Thanks for sharing!!
Everything you bought at harbor freight is super excellent. They have very good gun safes for half the price of other brand names. Their tools are guaranteed for life. Never had a problem with them. Great video. Thank you
I haven't seen any gun safes there, only gun cabinets. Not totally useless, maybe to keep toddlers from getting to the stuff...

Great content...I've purchased (3)of the 2800 one's and (1) 4800 boxes..the larger one I'm using to store extra magazine storage....Great videos
I've bought several of the Apache cases, different sizes for my handguns, great cases. I buy most of my ammo cases there. Microfiber rags too.
I thought I was the only one that used those 3brush sets on my guns/cars 😂. I bought mine at dollar tree literally looks just like this probably the same china brushes. I have found that those ammo cans work for me. Thanks for sharing
I grab them on sale, and give them as Chriatmas gifts! The guys love them!
If you shoot steel case, you may want to refrain from putting bcg parts and firing pins in the magnetic tray. It can magnetize these parts, then they will attract steel particles that shave off of steel casings. Also those cotton swabs can be used for cleaning optics’ lenses as well.
Agreed!
The moral to this story is: Don't shoot cheap steel case ammo! 🫵
I love harbor freight! That very same ammo can for $16 was $18 at Walmart! Thank you for sharing this!
My Walmart has them for $13 something I seen a harbor freight email they were $11 with the coupon not sure if it expired
The Harbor Freight cans are better quality than the Wal mart cans
@@richardcarden4161 I have to agree 100%
Thanks for the video. Now I need to plan a trip to Harbor Freight.
thanks ive been trying to fine those cotton swabs long reach and didn't know where to find them.
I have the Apache pistol case and I was able to get 3 handguns in it plus many Magazines it’s great quality and I recommend it!!

I've used the mat before great idea
Found your video very informative. Visit them often and you present things that I have never seen before. Thanks for being there
I’ve got the ammo cans and one of those Apache boxes for my handguns. It’s a very nice case
Thanks for the tip on using the drawer liner as a gun cleaning mat. Those swabs are on sale until June.
Great ideas. I use one of their small toolboxes to hold my pistol cleaning kit.
I never thought about trying their cotton swabs! Great to know they are gtg.
Those Apache cases are essentially an off brand pelican so guys please go get ‘em, would love videos like this.
Using the right screwdriver, you will not strip a screw. You was helpful. I liked you informational video.
The ICON 1/4” ratchet bit set is very good.
This was so helpful!! Thank you... Headed there to get those brushes
Yup picked up my ammo cans from harbor freight yesterday.
Awesome!
@@GunActivities365 Thanks for the info, picking up the portable security gun safe as well. Good video keep them coming.
I'm going shopping tomorrow .......thanks for the heads up.
I got some 30 cal and 50 great price them apache case our sweet and don't forget about the punch kit ❤

There's alot more!
Nice pickup! I actually get most of the expendables, whenever I trip south of the border.
Punches also. The cotton swabs have weak stems and the nylon hammer with the the multiple heads.
Never once broke a stem...
Thank You for the run-down! 💪🇺🇸
Very good information and a no nonsense presentation. Yes, I would like to see more. 👍🇺🇸
Thanks, will do!
Great ideas in the video I never thought about Harbor Freight is under estimated witch is great for us.

The magnetic bowls used to have strong magnets, now they just barely hold screw bits.
They keep sending me 25% off Anything coupons. I should go pick up some ammo cans for Christmas gifts. Or a dry box for my Go Box Ham Radio kit!
I've been looking at a harborfrieght bench vice for a while. Makes working on pew-pews much easier.
Gotta give credit where its due, thanks and excellent suggestion for the cotton swabs.

Bought a gun light from them for $36 and have not been disappointed.
I had no idea they had all this useful stuff for guns. Thank you. 👍🏻
I will be picking some of these up later this week. Thanks for the video.
Thanks for informing us friend! Appreciate it what you do!
No problem 👍
I use similar material for gun cleaning. At Ollie's you can get 20 feet for $5.
They also sell ear plugs and other ear protection as well.
Wasn't there ear plugs in the video? I can't remember...
Thank you, kind sir! I’m new to the 2A community and find this video very helpful!
Very informative video, now I’m headed to Harbor Freight to shop . Also need a roll around tool box to store everything! Thanks for the video brother.
Glad it was helpful!
Great vid. Would definitely like to see more.
Thanks for the video. Going to go grab some ammo cans and apache cases🤘
Walmart has one of those screwdriver kits by hypertough for $10, im pretty sure it has more bits and it comes with magnets, tweezers, an extension and etc.
100%! There's 93 other stores with something similar. This is just harbor freight! We might do a Walmart video in the future! Thanks for watching!
Great video. I had no idea they had cool stuff there. I'll be by one tomorrow and check it out.
You earned my sub today!
Great content this morning 🌄.
Good list.
I use the cases and cans already.
Good idea with the tool box mat.
Thanks 👍
Get the little hook 🪝 set. They are like screw 🪛 drivers but for prying out of rings n stuff. Thank you for sharing with us 🦅🙏 God Bless
Dang, I'm gonna have to get some of those cotton swabs! There's some good deals there for sure
They work nice! I just them for alot of different stuff
This is a good video that helps me find good stuff for cheap and I'm on a Budget. Thanks as video helps.
I didn't know Harbor Freight sold gun accessories. Like it.
great find, I know where my next stop is!
I need to try the cotton swabs i shoot a lot of black powder revolvers an go through a lot of ram rods an there not cheap

HF cans are more heavy duty than the brand Walmart carries. But the latching seems weak on the few I have. I have some trust issues when picking up a full can and use both hands .
Even my military surplus cans are a little janky it seems.
great selection of items... thanks for the video.
Ao wild recommend that you look at the cheap black handle screw driver these are used to build. Tools and punch’s.
Yah great video very helpful definitely do another one. I'm a big fan of your ammo haul video, also gun review/unboxing.
Their large gun safe is really good value, especially on sale.
What is fire rating on their safes?
45 minutes I believe
Awesome finds. Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Love the content. This is great! Definitely keep these coming. You just saved me a lot of money! Thank you.
Great to hear!
Lets go man. Find some more stuff!!
Great. Now I got another reason to go gun supply shopping!

You should be proud of this video. Very informative, and budget related. Some things aren't 100% gun related, but they are handy.
Great ideas. I have a HF trip in my future😀
Have fun!
I use those swaps all the time!
Good stuff! Enjoy your channel. Keep the videos coming.
Much appreciated!
Thanks for the info. I would love to see more
Don’t really care for fun storage. The ammo storage is useful I have A couple…. Although we had 1 dented so it worked mostly but have to resized and still works great
