I think i am losing myself just to become a 'spiritual person' & this is not good. I feel like i am not centered at all.

Learn how to meditate. Forget about being a spiritual person. Be kind to yourself, others and the planet. Earn resources enough that you are not distracted by that. Take care of your health.
