For everyone who's wondering why this trailer suddenly turned up in your recommendation: Around five years ago, UA-cam labelled this trailer as "adult content" which meant that it didn't appear in recommendations, couldn't be embedded off-site, and could only be viewed by UA-cam users who had signed in and affirmed that they were 18+ years of age. I protested the shadow ban at the time. And today, after FIVE YEARS,, UA-cam finally got back to me and lifted the ban.

I don't know why this is in my recommended 13 years later but I want to see this now.
Okay who else cried when the mum made her speech to her son about changing the world him.
"I'm gonna have to change the world because I will not have it change you"...damn...beautiful line and great delivery...I got teary.
I love the idea that she wants her son to be happy or as she puts it "laugh out loud, thrilled to be alive, smiling all the time happy." And she doesn't care whose he's with as long as he's happy. Now that's a great mother who clearly loves her son. Oh I wish I could see this movie.
Looks like a lot of fun. Low budget doesn't mean it's bad.

Great line: "I want you to be happy, laugh out loud, thrilled to be alive, smiling all the time. If you think that this world won't give you the things that you want: Love, kids, a family, then I am gonna have to change the world because i will not have to change YOU". Inspiring words...
I watch this trailer every day and I still tear up every time she says "I'm gonna have to change the world, cause I will not let it change you".

Never heard about this movie till now (2024) and am gonna watch it RN
