“Glitter” was a character from "Kidd Video” which was a cartoon/live action kids show. It premiered in 1984 as part of NBC’s Saturday Morning lineup & was based on MTV which was extremely popular at the time.
This show is so bizarre just watching it even though I haven’t heard of it I have so many questions
