Coming along nicely . I’m enjoying this project and will complete my beads right about now. Woo hoo. Waiting for our next instructions - patiently 😊 I think I wanna do another book. Loving it and thank you for sharing your work with us all. Cheers from Australia xxx
Hello from Surrey, I love this project though I've only just found you through another blog. When I've finished my current project I will start this. I don't have a sewing room, so because I work in the corner of our very small lounge I can only work on one project at a time. This is great fun, I can hardly wait.. Love Mandy xx
I have been using a method of threading my needle to where I do not need to knot the thread... it only works on even number of threads. You take a piece of thread, twice as long as you want to sew with, put the 2 ends together and put them through the eye of the needle... there is a loop at the other end (where the knot would normally be), insert your needle in your material where you want to begin, do not pull all the way through, leave the loop sticking out, put your needle back through where you want to and slip the needle through the loop and pull, you have attached without a knot.
Thoroughly enjoying this project Anne, thank you. I find it interesting to see my submissions are never the same to the finished page....:) I always go back and work into pages. Looking forward to the net step. xx
All your scissors are so beautiful. Would you mind sharing (here or in a future video) your favorite tools and especially where you get those scissors?
I love your work and enjoy so much repeat playing the videos. I am making a joint book with my 11 year old grandson. Am wondering when you will be publishing the assembly of the cover and spine? We can't wait for the finish point before we make another one. Greetings from Co Wicklow, Ireland
