I like having Terra around, so happy the writers kept her alive.
She's definitely the best Terra that we've seen so far. Happy that in one universe there isn't a Earth manipulator that's a psychopath.

I'm glad that the show acknowledges that Gar still needs help and isn't fully healed/might never fully be 100% without help. It shows the reality of dealing with a mental health illness not being an easy fix that a lot of fiction tries to write off with one episode with a happy ending.

Well, they kissed in season three twice, in all of season four Harper is giving Violet heart-eyes, and when Violet comes out as nb Harper gives them little foot bumps under the table. I'm sure it could have been better if there was more focus, but it wasn't like there was nothing.

@@paulsmith9192 I don’t think that’s possible because in most versions before Supergirl grows up and goes to college she’s either from the ages 13-17 so Harper is kind of a little bit older than Kara not to mention Kara in the comics has always been straight/heterosexual and has always dated boys so my guess is they’re going to use one of those boys she dated as her love interest for Supergirl

Hopefully the YJ-writers will find a viably-written (rather than shoehorned in, which hurts the value of the character) workaround.

1. *2012 - **_Origins_** ~* A PRE-Bluebird Harper first crosses paths with the Bat-family, with Harper stealing from a gala hosted by Bruce Wayne (Batman I). Wayne noticed Harper's thieving actions, but not "what" Harper was stealing. After the gala, Batman hunts down Harper like just another common criminal, but pulls back when Batman discovers that Harper was stealing *_FOOD,_* not monetary valuables, to feed herself, little brother Cullen Row, and several other homeless kids under Harper's watch. Fascinated by Batman, Harper delves into Vigilantism, finding harsh resistance from Batman.
2. *2014 - **_Acceptance_** ~* Harper refuses to give up fighting Crime that preys upon the Poor, despite Batman's counter-efforts. Eventually, Batman relents, and the Bat-family begins training Harper. Harper dons the mask and vigilante-persona of Bluebird, fighting alongside each member of the Bat-family in-turn, becoming especially close (friends, not romantically) to Stephanie Brown (Spoiler, Batgirl IV) and Cassandra Cain (Batgirl III, Orphan) since they are her age-peers.
3. *2018 - **_Refocus_** ~* Harper steps down from Vigilante-life to attend college and work towards a formal (and career-able) Academic degree, specializing in Applied Engineering (Harper is a natural mechanic and a gifted engineer). However, both the Bat-family and Harper definitively leave the door open for Bluebird to return.
4. *2021 - **_Return_** ~* With Cullen having fallen under the influence of a Joker Cult, Harper dons the mask and Bat-symbol, once again. Bluebird winds up opposing the Joker's new sidekick, Punchline (Alexis Kaye). Punchline sees Bluebird as Punchline's potential "Bat-nemesis", thus legitimizing Punchline a full and "true" Joker-villain. How this conflict develops is ongoing (as of 2021).

Judging by Harper confessing her feeling to Halo, I think she had already broken up with her ex-boyfriend off-screen during a year time skip. It makes me wonder if Harper's reason she dumped her ex was either she doesn't have feelings for him anymore, neglectful, cheated on her with someone else or he was abusive like her father?
It just makes me feel like a bunch of unneeded drama will emerge when they learn Brion is being manipulated and they all esentially abandonded him to the Light. I really wish Harper could have had her interest be in ANYone else because they can't all have a happy ending.
Well we don’t know it could be she was just dating him to try and get over her feelings for Violet but it failed so she broke things off

Which is sadly the consequences of what the light has done. I’m sure halo will still want to help him etc but i doubt they’ll get back together.
At 1:12 harper says she dumped jack. I’m not sure if the reasoning matters. They probably just grew apart
gar directly saying that he's on anti-depressants is so wonderful. there are still many people who view being on medication as something embarrassing or shameful. i hope kids (and adults!) who watch this show will see that some people, like beast boy (and maybe like some of the people watching) just happen to need certain medications to help with certain mental health conditions. and that it's totally ok, and it's not something that shouldn't be talked about.

if the team does get superboy back, its going to be interesting to see how garfield takes it.
all of the previous guilt will still be there so will need help with that, but the trigger/last straw will have disappeared, so will he feel bad about needlessly (in hindsight) feeling bad or will he just brush that part off.

I know a lot of people have a lot of issues with this season but I kind of like how they're focusing more on the life outside of the Hero work, It reminds us that they're people with lives too. Other than that I'm just glad to see Garfield somewhat back to normal.
The main problem I believe is that these stories just don't feel connected at all.
There is no certain flow to it and it all feels like having multiple pieces of puzzle being shoved in your face without any bigger plan in place.
The storylines are good individually but the execution is sloppy as hell.

@Ger Vang Yes but in story telling, typically you balance the message and overall experience a bit so it's both clear and easy to follow. This season(and if I'm being honest, last season) feel a bit rushed. Like the teams behind the show are being pressured by WB to pump content at cost. I don't know if that's what is happening but it feels that way.

that dog is probably the only dog or at least part of a select few that can actually communicate with his owner considering gar can actually turn into a dog

This clip also brings back some memories, I fell in love with my best friend, I let my feeling boil inside me for over six years, and when I finally told her (I specifically told her how I felt but that I understood if she didn't feel the same way, I like almost said word for word what Harper said) she said everything was cool and that we could still be friends, but when I got home she never messaged me ever again. After four years looking back she had been a toxic friend, so if she had liked me back I probably would have been stuck in a miserable relationship, but it still really hurt at the time.
Just because someone didnt like you back doesnt mean they are toxic, we are only hearing your version of the story she is not here to tell her part.

In our shared friend group she would spread rumours about me behind my back, anytime I told her someone was bullying me she would go out of her way to add them to our friend group (where they would continue to bully me) we ended up going to separate high schools and they day freshmen year started all my friends stopped texting to me and I only learned a year later it was because she told them all to forget I exist. One time she invited me to skate with her, I hadn't seen her in months so I was so excited to see her, only for her to take her at the time girlfriend with her, when we arrived at the rink it was closed, so after only ten minutes of hanging out she had her mom drop me back off home while she took her girlfriend back to her home and they hung out the rest of the day. Anytime we were with other people in general she pretended I didn't exist, and yet in private said she was my best friend and that I meant the world to her. She made me feel awful for six straight years and yet my feelings for her blinded me to the torture she was putting me through.

I also hope you don't feel this happened because your were attracted to another female, because it's not. That person honestly was not your friend, and if none of the others that were informed you, they aren't either. There some people that keep on a certain level of friendship; I'm not telling you be a loner or be friends with anyone from a distance, but just be a little wiser. Some of this is a bit too much info, even for someone you may never ever meet in your life(without you knowing of course).

I wrote what I did because the first person who replied seemed to be implying that I am so shallow that I hate people who regret me but that was by far not the case.

Heh, seems ever since Harper kissed Violet last season she's been sorta having a thing for her. Anyway looks like Gar is finally getting better thanks to his new dog it seems and everyone has forgiven him for before, he just still hasn't talked to Predita yet. Also I think the redhead girl is the YJ version of Knockout.

In season 3, she was outside of Troia's room with other costumed villains and miss martian freed her from her control chip. The episode was the outsiders fighting with their family members on going public. Hope that rang some bells.

The Teen Titans Go! (TTG) cartoon voicer cast have been working together for 10+ years, and are Real Life friends. So with Khary Payton (TTG-Cyborg, YJ-Kaldur'ahm) as a main cast member in YJ-cartoon, it was easy to start bringing in the rest of the TTG crew across the YJ-seasons. For his own part, Greg Cipes has stated he enjoys playing the more serious-themed role of YJ-Garfield.
Only Scott Menville (TTG-Robin) has not yet joined the YJ-cast yet as a YJ series-regular (though Menville has done a guest appearance), but has stated he is amendable to doing so. So it is just a matter of finding the right role for Menville to play, since Menville (obviously) cannot be Dick Grayson (Robin I, Nightwing I, Batman III).
i should mention that Violet is also facing another issue with her feelings towards Harper, religious. Might wanna look up why if you dont believe me.
Yeah, that would be a lot of pressure. They would be under a fair bit of pressure to be a proper Muslim and, let's be real, that would complicated especially given just what they are.

I hate how Brion's exile, rise and Coup was a HUGE part of Season 3 along with his relationship with Violet. Then we only get THIS one episode as a follow up and it went NOWHERE!

@@ShaftCommander I mean that it was a major plot of season 3. Brions fall and "Violet" being born, training and romance, rescuing Terra, becoming part of the outsiders, the antilife fiasco, and then taking over with a Coup by killing his uncle and betraying the team. Id say a pretty major line.

*@Newton Note ~* If you meant [Garfield Logan (Beast Boy) + Tara Markov (Terra)], that would reflect their comics-relationship in Teen Titans comics-series. Though that relationship (unsurprisingly) ended extremely badly when Terra was revealed to be a mole for Deathstroke. Obviously, this is changed with YJ-cartoon (so far), so a healthy relationship is possible.
As an off-angle track, it could be an interesting angle of a [Tara Markov + Perdita Vladek] as the "rebound" relationship. It would have some very symmetrical foundations... *;)*
- a.) Princess Tara + Queen Perdita, so the two would be royal peers, and understand each other very well.
- b.) Tara and Perdita are friends already, so the relationship foundation would be solid.
- c.) Tara Strong voices Tara Markov, and Hyden Walch voices Perdita Vladek; and the two voicer veterans have worked together for 10+ years, and are Real Life friends (as are the rest of the Teen Titans cartoon-cast).
And who knows, maybe they will introduce Raven

Because let's be honest. Beast Boy and Perdita are cute together. But I don't think it would have worked out anyway. I mean he's a Superhero and she's a Queen of a country.
So eventually it would have been very hard for them. So I think it's better for Gar to date another Superhero. My pick is Raven. Namely because she's the most popular girl that BB is paired with.
Plus they have great 👌 chemistry. Have different personalities. While also having things in common. Helps balance things out.

I know Violet still loves Brion, she didn't reject him. She didn't like the way Brion did by killing his uncle, I know she's broken inside because of Brion. Brion was being manipulate by the guy with the glasses, I really wish Brion can answer her text or call. My guess is Violet forgave him for the killing he did, only thing she wants is for Brion to come back to her. Harper and Violet felt like a directionless last gasp attempt by the writers to try and extend a characters development arc that definitely felt like it concluded at the end of season 3 when Brion turned his back on her and toon the Markovian throne for himself after killing his uncle in cold blood. Even if Brion had chosen to do the opposite, I’m not sure there could have been anymore room for developing Violets arc, but it definitely would have extended Brions character development arc into the early part of season 4 maybe and I would have preferred that a lot more because I actually really enjoyed Brion as a character in season 3, it would have been better than watching Harper and Violet suddenly getting together. To me Violets feelings for Row did not feel natural or genuine at all, and that was very annoying. Violets feelings felt like artificially constructed emotions created as a by product of Violet suddenly beginning to self destruct when she thought she was dying. Taking extreme totally unnecessary risks that she wouldn’t normally attempt. Nearly destroying her own healthy relationships with her then boyfriend and teammates in the process. I always figured that Harper sort of felt the way she did about violet but I really wished the writers just left it up to the fans and did not try and pursue that avenue like they did in the show, or at the very least, if you were going to pair her up with a girl then you should have just done that from the beginning so that their forger relationship didn’t feel like a sorry attempt to bring back a popular character from the previous season.

I liked Halo way more in Season 4 than I did in Season 3. Maybe it was that Halo was fully matured in Season 4, and it was the whole "growing up" parts of them in S3 I didn't care for. But them booming into Brions court and yelling at him was so funny. And the new costume is 10/10.

Well, Harper already knows Violet is attracted to girls, they shared a kiss, Violet originally hesitated, but when they kissed again they did not object. Alcohol can make you more open to things, but it can't switch your sexuality, so Violet always was at least somewhat attracted to girls before getting drunk.

I really do not like how Harper pushed her feelings onto Violet. Its literally she wanted to maybe get her before she leaves, she knows how messed up her love life is right now, but what mattered to her was that she tied down Violet before she was able to get someone else. Especially since its very clear she still has feelings for someone else.
