They Dropped A New Anime Fate Game
Fate/Samurai Remnant lets players play as Miyamoto Iori. The combat is hack and slash style with some similarities to musou gameplay, but it falls under the Action RPG genre with dodging and looking for openings as an important element.

This game is great. Hope you enjoy it. Also, you should know that there are multiple endings to the game based on 3 major decision points in the game. There is also New Game Plus Only Content as well and pretty much everything carries over into New Game Plus. Difficulty scales pretty well into New Game Plus as well especially since you can just change the difficulty at anytime and the higher difficulties are still pretty hard even at max level.

It's on both console and pc, but I wouldn't recommend Switch because there are performance issues unless they patched them. PS5 is just as good as PC. I think it's also on PS4, but I can't speak to the performance on that one.
