Major respect why I love Airbus over other manufacturers as I always tell people every Airbus built in its history Wings made in Britain so nice one dude 😊
Loving your channel, best ones are the airline vlogs & the silver fox & Damien are my favourite supporting hosts along with you! Thanks for your New York vids so informative & honest! Favourite you tube channel as well! ❤👍👌👏🙌
I flew Jetblue from england to ny I can honestly say itwas a pleasant trip I used some extra points from JB to get more legroom and it was quite comfitable.
I really enjoyed this video. Mainly because you flew economy the way most of us do. Most of the videos out there reviewing air travel are about traveling on business class and even first class. Well, we all know business and first will either be good or verrryyy good. We don’t need to see UA-cam to know that This one I related to 😀
Mint Class on Jet Blue is awesome. Very good value. Often at the gate there are extra seats. I got one for a $300 upgrade last time. Lay flat beds. Great food and a nice toiletry kit.
I agree about going for the upgrade to Mint/First/Business Class. I am a tall 6'2" guy and I need the space and the bed on those long-haul flights. I pay for the upgrade to fly comfortably long-haul!!
It's a great idea to document your travel journey, really relaxing & interesting. I can't travel anymore due to disability and just lately there has been too many horror stories of people being left in wheelchairs and forgotten about so I'm more than happy to watch from the comfort of my front room. Enjoy your adventures Whilst you can.
Thank you for reviewing economy class (or cattle class as we call it)! That is all we can fly as a family, so these videos are so helpful. Thanks again!
In regards to the media hyped "chaos" at the airport... I have been through Heathrow (T5 and T3) 4 times in the last 8 weeks, and not had a single issue at all. No crowds, no long lines, no delays, no lost bags.
Next time you take the airtrain to Jamaica, I would highly suggest you use the Long Island railroad going to penn station instead of taking the subway to get to manhattan. The LIRR costs a couple bucks more than the subway but will get you to Manhattan much quicker and much more comfortably (and dare I say more safely). Penn station also has NJ transit so you can connect to hoboken, if that’s your final destination. Though for your itinerary I would just fly to Newark.
For anyone who wants to know instead of taking the dirty subway when you get to Jamaica station you can take the Long Island Railroad (LIRR) into Penn Station for around the same amount of money. It’s got More room, it’s cleaner and has a bathroom.
Last time wife and I flew Jet Blue was 2002. First time Wife flew them with me, her actual second flight ever, was coming into JFK from Tampa, 9/11/2001, just as the first tower got hit. We all had to exit the plane and terminals, and watched that second tower get hit, and then the horror of both towers collapsing.
33:16 The doggo Handbag Awesome little adventure Lee, I have been away for a few days and find out you've gone to USA. I know were all in for an amazing time. Awesome video and looking forward to seeing this journey :)
Good job mate love your video all the way ! Entertaining and educational. First time on your channel. You’re good at telling stories. Keep up the good work! Thanks
Great vid, heard very good things about JetBlue ops and it's always good to see a different carrier shaking up the transatlantic side of the market and giving other airlines a run for their money. Fully agree with you about contactless, baffles me how it's not as widespread out there as it is here. Looking forward to watching more of your vids!
Jetblue is my favorite airline and I fly it 100% of the time when it is flying to my destination. But if there's a storm out, plan to sleep at the airport. 😀

I find it annoying that many websites expect their customers to have a US style address including city and zip code. I don't live in a city and don't have a zip code. Surely it cannot be that difficult to list addresses as line 1, line 2 etc...
The main duty free shop definitely requires price comparisons. However, I have found that many of the other shops in Heathrow offer great deals for non-UK travelers. They will immediately discount the VAT percentage without the hassle of filling out customs paperwork and applying for refunds. I spent a lot of time shopping for gifts in London, when I should have just waited until I got to the airport - with many of the same stores operating there. From buying a scarf for my mom, a wallet for my uncle, or even Harrod’s toffees, it was easier to get them at LHR.
I just subscribed to your channel because unlike other vloggers, you're just a common Joe to me. I don't like posh, pomp, and circumstance. You keep it real.
Love your plane trips always relaxing to watch and the music you use. Jet Blue looks good! Good to know about the air train ref credit cards, look forward to seeing more of your trip
5:30 Your body takes any food any time of day. It's your mind that sets limits. I will eat sushi and curry any time of day and it's absolutely fine. Probably healthier than fruit loops, pancakes or sausage for breakfast - and more exciting than oatmeal.
Good night. As much as JetBlue is considered an internal US airline, they have been flying to international destinations in the Caribbean for many years now. You should have used the tray table to check out the contents of your amenity bag. I agree with saving money, the AirTran and subway is the most affordable way into the city. There's also the bus service but it may be longer. If you don't have a US zip code i believe you can just use 5 zeros
Catching up slowly and got lots of American videos coming up (the best ones) as never been and so want to go, but for now I live them through yourself. Some superb inflight footage again 👍
I’m flying to New York from Orlando in October. Thank you for the video because we were debating to take a Uber or subway. Staying in theatre district for a few days. I don’t want to get lost trying to get there 😂
Great flight review. Want to try JetBlue again. Was impressed by them a decade ago and still am. Want to make a trip report for my channel one day soon
Great journey, Jet Blue seem to be a breath of fresh air across the Atlantic, I will have to get booked up. We use the Airtrain every time we fly into JFK and buy a Metrocard and load it up for our holiday. The card situation is a bit of a ball ache tbh.
I have done this trip four times in biz class. Excellent. I am slowly dropping Virgn and BA on my JFK flights. Easier transit connections to Jetblue flights internally. AND 30% or more discount. Go Jetblue....taking that exact flight in 10 days again. I am sold.
I agree about duty free stores at airports these days... The only thing I use them for now, is to use the free aftershave spray samples lol... It's a bit of a tradition for me and my son when we go on holiday and we must be the best smelling people on the plane 😎
I have severe asthma. People wearing perfume and cologne make it very hard for me to breathe. Often I can't change my seat. Please be kind to other passengers.
@@happycook6737 No need to be concerned, I normally travel business-class at the bare minimum so you don't have to worry about sitting next to me 👍 and the very few times that I do have to travel with companies like Ryanair, I normally buy the whole 2 rows of chairs with extra leg room next to the exit so that we're not sat next to other people 👍

I quite like the concept of ordering your food on the touchscreen on the plane. Have never had that on any long haul flights I've been on. That aside it looked a bit cramped to me . Great video. I have been thinking of going to the USA for a long time and the fare on Jet Blue seems excellent value for money at £475 return. This is definitely on my bucket list especially as I have American born extended family relatives in the USA who I would love to meet who live in California and Colorado Springs. I also have a friend and his family in Memphis Tennessee who I would love to personally meet as I have only had video calls with them. Thanks again for your video.
Jet Blue looked great but they did make you suffer walking through first class to get to cattle class lol I really enjoyed this video thumbs up from me
Yes you can use a UK credit card...when it asks for your zip code put in 99999 (we were told when we tried this 3 weeks ago) and it worked on a credit card

Yep , i was about to say the same thing as we had real problems trying to buy tickets for the Subway using our card when we were there a few years ago, and only found out about putting in 00000 when I googled it later on :), and the strange thing was is that we HAD cash, but it wouldn't work either as a family friend had given us a few dollar bills that he had had in his possession for over 40 years, and they wouldn't work because they were so old and the machines couldn't read them :)

Nice travel vlog as ever Lee. I always feel I travelling with you when you film these travel vlogs. I guess that’s something good if someone can say that. £16 for a breakfast are they having a laugh at Heathrow. Nice flight and the food looked good.
