I always thought I am pretty fit, ,treadmill 5 days a week for 90 minutes ......went to yoga with my friend, LEFT me breathless, embarrassed and totally wiped out by our super fit 60 year old instructor, and yes it was BEGINNERS CLASS, LOL. Feel your pain Nadia & Mark.
Just a note about the excessive sweating. There are easy treatments for this condition. My husband and son both had this. The dermatologist gave them botox and it worked liked a miracle. My husband had botox in the arm pits. One shot did the trick. My son had a couple of armpit shots and some treatments for his hands. Mark you might want to check into it since it seems to bother you.
Ooh! Relay lives! Good idea. Couple ideas for vlogmas; Mark has to dress as buddy the elf and do a work out. Mamas spaghetti but buddy the elf style with syrup, and maddie and Kiki have to eat it all as a challenge. Nanny Di dressed as an elf while you take to see a movie or play. When Nanny Di’s recovered from her knee op, we need her to do seated/wheelchair yoga/exercise so she stays active. I am in a wheelchair and it is really good for the heart and joints. Unlike normal yoga it has some fast moves as well as slow. It is also good for mental health.
She's had one knee replaced so hopefully she's up on what to do. I'm paralysed form the chest down and have widespread multiple joint dislocations so am a full time wheelchair user too. Used to do pilâtes but even that's too much for my unstable joints these days (those I can move). I'm an ex Nurse and they get people up v v quickly post TKR, so I'm sore she'll be fine ♥️.
Nanny Di make sure you take probiotics (drinks, tablets and yogurts) to stop you getting bad bacteria or c. Diff in hospital.. start taking them before you go in. Good luck. We are all thinking of you. These vlogs are not the same if you aren’t in them. 💋💋♥️♥️♥️

We solved the dog problem. The kids alternate weeks for feeding and walking our dogs. Their allowances and access to our WiFi are dependent on the job done.
