performed at Jazzfestival Bern 1985 by
Ray Brown (b)
Gene Harris (p)
Grady Tate (d)
I was fortunate to live in Boise for several years, and spent many great evenings at the Idanha Hotel when Gene played there.
Gene Harris --- soooo much soul --- great player ---- funky as it gets --- wonderful stuff ----- Gene forever
3 masters on work.
Immediately was feeling it
Drummer snapping that syncopated snare in a few of the shots was the definition of smooth. A+ video
Here is one of my all time favorite bassists Ray Brown. Saw/heard him the first time (in my life) in Oslo, Norway in 1956 with JATP (Jazz At The Philarmonic) I was ONLY 13yrs
Love the sound of Ray's walking bass! Soothing and warm ❤
That sliding, strollng, strutting, slamming beat, the groove beat, nothing but the beat...here it is and STAYS.
One of the Greatest Pianist Ever Gene Harris with the Legend Ray Brown Bass and The Great Great Jazz Drummer That As I remember we had to learn Grady Tate a Killer drummer /Singer also this is smokin

Nice swing! These musicians are top notch! Thank you for posting1
Ohhhhh sooooo good! The three musicians AND the song! The first high school I taught at, the band would play this at football games, and they did a good job and gave the audience some great music!
sip that gimlet and just enjoy, all of a sudden your at a real classy club in your pearls and spikes and the hardwood floow
This guy can really play the blues!
Absolutely Right ✅

Music for the people. You dig?
"I'm in the pocket just like Grady Tate. I got supplies of beats so you don't have to wait" brought me here..

Well alright man!
😀💙🌸🌱
He was the greatest jazz pianist of all time. His fingers have the shading and excitement that are unmatched even by Oscar Peterson.
I understand & respect your sentiments.., however let's not get carried away. Just my humble opinion, ✌️...
Is this an original piece by them? Wasn't this in Back to the Future?
It's so out of sync it hurts. Shut your eyes and its great but it's supposed to be a video.
Great clip, too bad it's out of sync....
Soundman did a bad job by not miking up that snare.
Unfortunately not really synchroniced !…😟🤷🏻♂️
