    Woah ganda ng pagkakaluto, nadale mo Chef Mark! the best with silog talaga yan tpos may chiligarlic sauce ahh ahh yummy! 😋😋😋
    try ko yan version nyo ng cured meat hehe
    kaya naglasang bbq ay dahil sa toyo at ketchup na gamit tlga sa ating pinoy style bbq marination which is wala sa orig recipe sa curing ng tocino pero dahil *home resource* at *homemade* its own pref ng magluluto 😉 all natural with accidental twist 😁 galing!
    ~mag add lng ako ng pan roasted star anis at cinamon saka ko ippowder idelute at ihahalo sa marination nasaisip ko n ung lasa 😁😉😋 ayos!👌👌👌

    Pwede ba bawasan yung salt mo instead of addition on sugar? Sobrang sugar content na yata kasi. Maybe you couldve washed thoroughly after curing with salt. 😊

      we actually didn't use curing salt in this recipe kaya All-Natural sya. Try it you may test it accordingly sa tingin mong will work for you. this one kasi, ay just tama lang. it may look and taste so sweet, but it's just but right.
