Arepa Con Queso inspired from the film Encanto | How to make Arepa at home | SUPER EASY RECIPE

I tried my really best making Arepa's from my new favorite film Encanto, its the best movie ever!!! It was fun to make these and they tasted so good.
2 cups Maseca Flour
2 cups Water
1/4 tsp Salt
1 tbsp softened Butter
1 cup Mozzarella Cheese
Stuffing:
2 cups Monterey Jack Cheese
Step 1: In a large bowl add in Maseca flour, Water , Salt , Butter and Mozzarella Cheese
Step 2: Mix until combined
Step 3: Set aside for 5 minutes
Step 4: In a medium bowl add in your cheese and mix with your hands until it is comes together
Step 5: Make your dough into balls
Step 6: With two fingers poke a hole in the middle half way of your dough ball
Step 7: Add in cheese and gently close it up and make it into a ball
Step 8: Gently flatten with the palm of your hand in a circle motion
Step 9: Repeat process
Step 10: In a butter pan add in your Arepeas and cook on each side for 3 minutes
Step 11: Finally eat with a salsa or even turn it into a tostada, enjoy friends!
