  • So delicious & fluffy! Stuffed with Cream Cheese!
    3 cups All Purpose Flour
    1 cup Warm Water
    1/4 cup Plain Yogurt
    1 tsp Milk Powder
    3 tsp Sugar
    1/2 tbsp Yeast
    1 tsp Salt
    2 small packs of Cream Cheese
    1 tbsp Milk
    1 Egg
    Black Seeds (Optional)
    Butter for pan
    SIMPLE SUGAR SYRUP:::
    1 cup Sugar
    1 cup Water
    Step 1: In a pan on medium low heat add in Water, and Sugar
    Step 2: Whisk until the sugar is dissolved
    Step 3: Boil for 15 minutes (set aside)
    Preheat oven 400
    Step 1: In a large bowl add in Water, Yeast , Plain Yogurt , Milk Powder , Sugar , and Salt
    Step 2: Mix until well combined
    Step 3: Once it forms into a giant ball knead for 5 minutes
    Step 4: Cover and have it sit for 1 hour and 30 minutes
    Step 5: Uncover and grab 1 tbsp of dough (or more depending how big or small you want them) start filling with Cream Cheese
    Step 6: Form into a balls, in a pan add in Butter placing balls into it
    Step 7: In a small bowl add in Egg and Milk mix well
    Step 8: Brush over honey combs
    Step 9: Sprinkle Black Seeds over top, then allow it to sit for 20 minutes (preheat oven while it sits on 400)
    Step 10: Bake for 35 minutes (or until golden)
    Step 11: Allow it to to get to room temperature before adding your simple syrup
