Ahoy my friends! Today is a really fun video!! So huge thank you to JroSSJ2 for doing this video with me today (and Lynx, our trusty Red XIII!) In this video, we are not only doing a comparison of OB10 Murasame VS OB6 Zinogre Blade, but also a FULL SHOWCASE of the Glavenus Sword at OB10 PAIRED with the OB10 Murasame! This allows us to see just how far Murasame will be strengthened, and if it will still be able to compete in the upcoming metas despite its older damage cap! I imagine it must not be easy to make content for the game given it's nature, pretty good idea to make these direct comparison videos! Performance doesn't influence me too much when I'm pulling, but this is entertaining to watch regardless!

I pulled ob 6 glav and I got 3.5 Zinogre I'm about to do a step up and buy the parts in the shop because I don't have clouds arcanum but hopefully I will be able to get it on the anniversary I will be saving all my crystals until then 😎
Tbh the gap between whales has already been astronomical since Hell House. We’re just seeing more of it recently. But for me, this doesn’t bother me at all. Just because someone is super strong doesn’t take away from my joy of playing the game, and honestly, I find the game far more enjoyable with the challenge of not having everything maxed out:) I like to play the game hehe But yeah Limited is a pain ngl. Tho important to go about pulling the right ones imo. I recommend getting at least a single copy of Cloud’s sword, even if you just use 210 weapon parts to turn a 3* version to a 5 🙏🏽
I had the worst luck ever on this banner, got 16x five star weapons (aside from guaranteed) and non became Zack's sword!!! Ended up OB0 cloud and OB 2 Zack. Saving for next banner now 😢😢
Hello Ryder, mind if you compare which one better between ob10 glavenus vs ob10 ceremonial? I think ceremonial wins by% but only lose by 1 bar cast and no def down, or do you have some thoughts about it? Thanks in advance and nice video!
Interesting, hmm. The thing about Ceremonial is that it adds major damage input on its own. That being said, Glavenus is the better buff weapons hands down. I think if we are comparing damage against an enemy that is not weak to a certain element, and we compare Murasame/Glavenus and Ceremonial, I wonder which puts out more damage. It’s probably quite close. But for individual things being better, let’s do it like this. Raw Damage: Ceremonial Buffs/Debuffs: Glavenus R Abilities: Glavenus Overall Use (Sub Weapons included): Glavenus This being said, that’s not to say that Ceremonial isn’t a fantastic weapon for doing close to the same thing Glavenus brings to the table.
@BodhiJMSRyder A little heads up, at 2:50 cloud is buffing zacks dmg because of his sub weapon so zack actually has 4.9k + Boost PATK lvl3(all allies) vs. cloud who has 4.8k.
Hi Ryder, Loving the content. Nice comparison. Just wondering if you could have squeezed more dmg with a more Phys pot focused build? My Cloud is only Ob9 but he is pushing 5.7K ATK. Phys pot lvl7 Lightning pot lvl5.
Hey thank you! Do you mean with the Glavenus damage or the Murasame VS Zinogre? If the VS one then we were trying to more so match our R Abilities + and strength to have an even match. I might have been able to get more but tbh my account isn’t as jacked as a lot of people tend to think haha 😁💯🙏🏽🍻
@@BodhiJMSRyder ahh yeh the VS one! Fair enough makes sense. Though I suppose everyones account is slightly different and has different optimizations. I did play around with my build a bit to squeeze a bit more DMG, it's seems a 5000 PATK with Light pot 7 + Phys pot 6 > 5700 PATK with Light 5 + Phys 7.
I'm glad I could finally see a comparison of these weapons. I hope my Cloud will deal damage like this one day. At least in the fire build, because here I have OB10 with a costume. If Tifa and Aerith don't get anything interesting, I'll try to raise Glavenus at least to OB4 (if I'm unlucky) and try to raise Glavenus to OB6 over time. The R.Ability on this weapon is nice, so it would be a good idea to increase it.
I managed to do 150k hits but with 3 lv of patk 3 lv of imperil and pdef down, but with the sword in ob4 and without costume 😂 I'm 3 stamps away from getting to the costume, I can't wait, and finally with this I will have completed the entire arcanum collection, to cover all the elements, the bad thing is that they are literally all physical haha, so I decided that once I finish this crossover I will save it until the anniversary, hoping to end up with more than 100k crystals, I think it can be done in 3 months, or 4 I don't remember
@@BodhiJMSRyder It really is. And even with ob6 mura and ob6 glavenus I'm seeing great damage. I had to use 150 cloud weapon parts and 300 of Zacks to get them there, but I don't regret it. Glavenus is going to get so much use.
I'm going to guess and say Zinogre blade because .. power creep is real. *Edit Nice. Those numbers are hot! I can only dream of that kind of power. **Edit I think I confused myself. I thought it was which one was stronger of those in the single fight, not between Zinogre and Glavenus. :p Whoops.
There is a difference between how much damage you can do and how much the weapon can do. His lightning weapon is doing 234k damage, that is not the OB10 new weapon damage. Especially since it’s non-elemental damage. Safe to say it is a booster/ boosting weapon. Zack is nice. Looking forward to seeing the girls trying to out class the guys, with more then there looks.lol
Haha I think we’re all aware the Glavenus is not hitting for 234K bro. But it is enhancing the Murasame considerably when you compare my damage without it in the first fight.
My luck is dogshit, game is robbing me, and/or your friend spent a fortune cause I used 21 pulls just to get Cloud's to ob4 and Zachs ob1.... And same exact thing happened to me during Cloud's Frost arcanum armor and weapon
Sorry to hear that mate. At least Cloud’s is within range of 6. With weapon parts you should have it by the 1 year anniversary. I think they should have featured guaranteed weapon slots on stamp cards past 3 for this very reason
That damage is insane. I would prefer weapon damage less powerful, and limit breaks and summons more powerful though. I enjoyed the power portrayed in FF7 LBs.
Yeah hands down Zack is the stronger weapon but it’s good to know that clouds kit allows him to keep up with Zack. Both now have pdef down weapons, high patk up. But only cloud has all 3 main elements at phy. Zack has them but 1 is magic. They just both equally have good kits.
Definitely the breaks and buffs are possible, just not in the same weapon :) Better to use Hardedge on Cloud for high tier break and Yuffie for high tier attack buff then damage would be crazy :)
