As a kid I always wondered why there was no Animated DC Wonder woman show. I mean you had Batman and Superman, and it would make sense you would also have one for her but alas it was not meant to be.

They could make a Wonder Woman Animated Series taking place after JLU easily, after all, we don't even know her ultimate fate in the DCAU, she has plenty of stories left to tell, and we may be able to see them one day.
She stays in the Justice Lords reality, until the Lord Batman Beyond timeframe.
She eventually returns back to her own reality, after Lord Superman was defeated and sent into the (J. League reality's) Phantom Zone.. where he then plots with that reality's Jax-Ur.

Casually Comics?! WOW! She is truly awesome just like Watchtower Database! The DCAU could have had all these extra shows like Zatanna, Catwoman, Wonder Woman, Lobo, etc. I LOVE this channel so much as you guys put so much thought, effort, time, dedication, and research into these videos. Also, I LOVE the comics so much! They add an extra layer to the DCAU!
Exactly! HBOMaxx should have a whole DCAU section with all these series. Not all of them need to be 22 or 44 episodes per season. But we'd all be happy to have a large DCAU universe.
As a Wonder Woman fan from way back in 1963, I am in awe of what you two have organized. I wish that DC could consider your work because it would reconcile details and recreate a logical and cohesive canon.
I wish that they did a Flash or Captain Marvel aka Shazam animated spinoff series from JLU.

I like the concept of the episode but too much of the same enemies, WW has many more that it would be nice to see them explore like Dr. Cyber, Lady Lunar, Cyborgirl, Duke of deception, queen Clea, Zarah, Phobos, Deimos, Eris, the mask, Eveiless, Paula Von Gunther, dark Angel, Gundra, egg Fu, the Red Panzer, Osira, Baron Blitzcrieg, Aegeus, Decay, Genocide, Devastation, queen of Fables, Iron claw, red dragon, queen bee

This was a great video, and it was fun to see you collaborate with Sasha. More than seeing some sort of BTAS comeback, I would love to see a Wonder Woman animated series. Also, I loved hearing Susan Eisenberg's wonderful voice towards the end.
Episode idea! Terry goes to the past after Aries used magic to summon criminals from the future to defeat ww. Terry and Diana team up to defeat the team of ink, validus, & shriek. The two foil the plans and begin to part ways. Before leaving through a boom tub like Portal Diana says Bruce couldn't have done better" with her and elderly Bruce catching a brief glance"

Long overdue series, Wonder Woman needs her own series. In addition, I thought we would get after the Justice League Unlimited Episode "Far from Home'" a Supergirl Spinoff with the Legion of Super Heroes in the 31st Century, I was upset.
This was absolutely amazing! Since she is my #1 favorite DC superheroine of all time, I would definitely watch "Wonder Woman: The Animated Series" if it actually happened.

Ted, you and Sasha have created the (golden) petfect series for Wonder Woman and her wonderful supportimg cast and rogues! You need to send this pitch to Warner Bros DC Studios and James Gunn! With all the revamped series comebacks topping the charts, this should be a no-brainer for HBOMax!

I really liked your pitch for the wonder woman series but maybe like the prevoius solo series could focus more on wonder woman mythos (exuce the pun) like maybe have some episode that that soley focus on wonder womans villians like dr pioson, paula von gunther, armageddon, dr cyber, devastaton, deimos and phobos, eris theres nothing wrong with a few filler episodes and if you want to have team-ups how about an episode where dian teams up with aquaman to stop queen clea to save both their kingdoms, and maybe one with martian manhunter to stop saturna the telepathic space conquer from the moon of titan maybe use it as an opputunity to explain miss martian, and how about some episodes or arcs where diana explores the worlds of magic like the shadow dimension or gemworld, maybe lead a new justice league dark and team up with lesser known magic superheroes to deafeat lesser known magic supervillians and while were at why not explore the worlds and people of mytholgy as well and like I said before explore more of wonder womans myhtos

I really like that you only gave the flavor text for each episode. It left just enough to the imagination and got me really into seeing it. Alas, maybe one day if they ever bring back the DCAU a Wonder Woman show could be the headliner series like BTAS was the first time around. In any case you guys have really great writing chops to come up with this, just from what I heard it would fit right in with the other series in the DCAU.

Every time I come back to this video, I grow sad that this does not exist.
What I wouldn't give to binge this.
This was a great video, I really liked the premise and the depictions of the recurring villains like Cheetah and Giganta, as well as the new villains like Veronica Cale, Angle Man and Silver Swan. However there are some small changes I would make personally. 1st, I personally would prefer to have the series be less encompassing world-wise and to be more Wonder Woman-centric, centering more on her career as a solo heroine and the other characters in her own comics universe with only occasional appearances from the League or other super heroes like Batman or Superman, similar to how their own shows were handled. Also, i think it would make a lot of sense for the series to take place following the events of the JLU episode "The Balance", picking up where it left off. 2nd, I would make some slight "tweaks" to the overall story, like perhaps exploring her civilian life as Diana Prince, a female field agent of the Inter-Agency Defense Command (I.A.D.C.), a private government agency working to protect national security (similar to Marvel's S.H.I.E.L.D.) based out of new home in Capitol City (based on Washington D.C.), where she works with a Steve Trevor (possibly a grandson of the original from WWII) as her agency partner and his personal assistant Etta Candy. I would also feature elements like the sharp witted, smart mouthed AI super computer, the Information Recovery Associate Computer (I.R.A.C.) as well as it's dog-like data recovery drone Rover (effectively making this an animated adaptation of the Wonder Woman series from the 1970's). 3rd, I would make Donna Troy the one and only Wonder girl, simply because to me she's the more iconic of the two and I feel like her origin would be quite compelling to tell. I see something like this, where a very young Donna Troy (8 yrs old or so) whom also happens to be the wealthy heiress and only daughter to Douglas Troy, her single father and the owner and founder of Trojan Defense & Security Corp. (similar to Wayne Enterprises), is with her father at a dinner party and business meeting aboard his private yacht the "Argo" in the Mediterranean Sea. Everything is going fine, everyone is laughing and talking and having a swell time, only for it all to go catastrophically wrong when the ship's boiler explodes and all those aboard including her father die as the burning wreck sinks below the sea, leaving Donna an orphan and the only survivor. Traumatized by the ordeal, Donna cries herself to sleep and wakes up a few days later having washed up on Themyscira (much like Aresia). When later found, the Amazons are initially hesitant about taking her in after the incident with Aresia, until they discover that Donna is in fact, a half blood; as her mother was an Amazon, a fact that not even Donna herself was aware of, since she had never met her mother having died in childbirth. Sensing potential in the young girl, Diana decides to officially adopt Donna as her own daughter and train her as an Amazon. 8 years later, with Donna's training now complete, Diana must return to mans world and her job at the I.A.D.C. So as her gift to Donna for her 16th birthday, Diana decides to take her back with her and permanently return her to mans world where she can live a normal life. Soon she gets moved into Diana's apartment, gets enrolled in Capitol City High School and takes a tour of the I.A.D.C. on a "Take your family to work day". However while there, Diana and Steve get called on assignment to investigate a slew of armed robberies and apprehend the perpetrators. After strictly instructing Donna not to do anything "irresponsible" while she's gone and Donna agreeing, Diana and Steve leave on their assignment and track down the villain's, who turn out to be a highly organized band of heavily armed mercenaries, who proceed to quickly defeat and capture them before Diana can even transform. When Donna learns of the current situation, fearing for her new "mother's" safety, Donna goes against Diana's orders and plans to rescue her. Having quickly fashioned a make-shift suit from light weight armor and fabrics she finds around the agency, Donna proceeds to track down the villains and confronts them. When asked "and who are you, supposed to be", Donna comes up with the name Wonder-"Girl" on the fly, and then fights her way past the mercenaries to free Steve and Diana, now able to transform into Wonder Woman and together proceed to swiftly and soundly "kick their butts". When they return home, Diana scolds Donna severely, saying she's very disappointed in her for going off on her own against her orders and putting herself in danger, nearly getting herself killed! However when Donna apologizes profusely to Diana saying she just wanted to help, they realized just how much they have grown to love each other and care for each other. So Diana accepts her apology, and even admits how impressed she was with her combat abilities and her "Warrior's Spirit". In the end, possibly against her better judgement, Diana Prince allows Donna Troy to keep acting as her partner in crime fighting and fight along side her as Wonder Girl (if she can manage to slip out of class on school days!) At some point later on, Donna is recruited to join Rachel Roth / Raven and the Teen Titans to help defeat a great and powerful evil looming on the horizon. After their first battle is over, rather than return to Wonder Woman, both Diana and Donna realize that after the bonding experience of being part of a team, she's where she's meant to be; amongst a group of like-minded heroes who can truly make a difference and have become like a big family of brothers and sisters who love and care for each other as much as they do. So Donna Troy moves to Jump City and stays with the Titans as Wonder Girl (where she enters into a romance with fellow member Tim Drake / Red Robin), and fights evil along side him and Raven as well as her other fellow titans Victor Stone / Cyborg, Jessica Cruz / Green Lantern, Conner Kent / Superboy, Megan Morse / Miss Martian and Bart Allen / Kid Flash. following their victory over the great and powerful evil (possibly her demon lord father Trigon) in the series finally, the cost of their victory including the destruction of Jessica's ring and the loss of Superboy's life, convince the to go their separate ways for a while and the team disbands, with Wonder Girl returning to Gateway City and fighting along side Wonder Woman. Further in time, by the events of the Batman Beyond series, following Diana Prince's death or retirement from heroism, Donna Troy joins up with the Justice league of the future, taking up her adopted mothers mantle as the 2nd Wonder woman. Anyway, these are just my thoughts. Overall, I thought this video was overall fascinating and amazing. Keep up the good work.

Hopefully this show would introduce Donna Troy eventually, I really wanted a DCAU titans team, I wish they had left some big gaps in Dick and Roy and Wally's timeline to be their sidekick counterparts, be the titans for a little bit, all you need is to work in Donna and Garth and then you can start the titans lineage
They were so close to doing it, had 3 of the founding members jn the universe, just didn't do the work of writing it in beforehand, and they've heavily implied Wally is the first Flash for some reason which makes it harder too
Let's hope that the TV filmmakers would make it to a really good series for her.

This was so good! Great stories and excellent use of DCAU connections/continuity. I recently discovered Casually Comics, too, so this crossover was an especially pleasant surprise! Great job, Ted and Sasha: somebody needs to get the two of you in touch with people who can make Wonder Woman: The Animated Series happen!

WOW! Thanks for the trip down JL memory lane, Ted. But Sasha, you straight up stole the show with that season pitch for a Wonder Woman Animated series. You dropped plots, teasers and hints Dwayne McDuffie style, DAMN! You should have notified DCAU before doing this vid, thought. Regardless I would DEFINITIVELY watch this serious and wait with baited breath for the next episode. But I have to ask... after a PHENOMENAL season like that, how could possibly top it in a season two?

After watching the reruns of the live action show, and seeing my girl on Justice league I always wondered(for lack of a better word) why she never had her own animated series. I thought it would have been cool to do so. I mean didn't she exist before Justice league came together? They could have introduced, Nubia, a fellow Amazon warrior with the same powers, Wonder girl, and the villains( seen and unseen) she fought off with the help of her friends?
I clicked for the great concept & team-up, but my favourite part was Ted's impeccable pronunciation

Like what other people have said, some of the episodes seem to have too much reliance of previous DCAU lore and feel more like Wonder Woman centered Justice League episodes . I’d add some villain origin centric episodes that focus revitalizing Wonder Woman villains that haven’t appearing in the DCAU like Crimson Centipede (Who can be reimagined as a Sword and Sorcery version of General Grevious) or Paper-man (Hey Mr Freeze was considered lame before Batman Animated Series and you can reinterpret him as a immortal scholar who has spent eons trying to find Paradise Island). I’d also maybe change Warworld into a version of Brother Eye to connect more with Maxwell Lord and the Wonder Woman mythos. Maybe instead of a superhero team, Max creates OMACs which to the public are made to protect humanity from Metahuman threats but in reality, are designed to combat the Amazons if they ever followed up on their supposed “threat” in engaging in a military solution to climate change and other environmental issues as Diana alluded to in “To Another Shore”.
We actually almost went the Brother Eye route instead. It’s a good idea, but the War World and Ares connection was too fun to ignore.
This pitch is AMAZING. I love that you take inspiration from both the DCAU and the WW comics.

That final battle CC described would have been a great “near apocalypse” as mentioned in Batman Beyond.

I just found this vid, and omg does it make me want a WW series!
Watching this after finishing up on JL's "Paradise Lost". Won't lie, though the idea is nicely refreshing, an animated solo/origin series centered upon her is quite hard to nail in the imagination, especially if one wants to make it not feel like S: TAS or the numerous Batman cartoons over the years.
And even then, I doubt production values nowadays can give justice for her. Man's World is not ready yet, I'll concur.

I have read that the producer Butch Lukic had pitched some ideas for a Wonder Woman show taking place during World War 2, but it didn't get anywhere, so instead he incorporated some of the ideas into the upcoming movie Justice Society: World War II.
The Flash and Wonder Woman both need their own DCAU series. I would watch the shit out of it as long as its well planned and not made as a cash grab.
Include GL, Martian Manhunter and Hawkgirl in both shows of course.
Bats and Supes should be kept out of it as long as possible. (send them off-world in their own series, New Adventures of Batman/Superman)

This series is important because it can introduce new viewers to a wonder women story without the other two being involved. She is part of the DC Trinity and deserve recognition without the involvement of male centric stories like Injustice. It's hard being a WW fan without being connected to other events than doesn't serve her character positively. With so much potential, WB should start working on this for a modern female audiences after DC SUPERHERO GIRLS.
I have a idea, for a four-part episode but I'm not sure which season it would be useful for, one, two or even possibly 3(depending on how it would play out): wizards and dragons.
Episode one: a flashback that takes place during World War II Justice Society of America: Members:Hourman(rework to be Steve but Rex actually making the formula basically so that way we can get a bit of The Capt. America references, but not really. He still actually the original. Hourman.) Johnny Thunder (Which we could rework his powers set to be similar to a Green Lantern, maybe reference that his Pen had a Purple symbol on it, that's very familiar to a certain lantern collection and is genie is often shown to be indigo in color.) The Sandman,Black Adam(basically being shazam) , and finally a blonde, wonder woman(possibly Hippolyta of herself) Battling in an ancient temple against a group of zombies soldiers created by Duke of Deception(Now set up as a German Duke, using a certain power(because of UA-cam. I cannot say.) To get back into his good graces, basically playing a little bit of the analog to Dr. vertigo. Only actually keeping his actual sets of gimmicks), The Mask(Nina Close) & Dragon King.
Is revealed in this ancient temple, are the statues of the seven deadly sins. During this battle we see the statues being destroyed, revealing several key plates that King Dragon grabs.
Episode 2: we cut to Diana coming home, to see sitting in her chair a humanoid tiger(Tawky Tawny) and now a villain black Adam. Revealing, that the words that some in the seven deadly sins have been used.
3: As Diana goes off on a journey to gather the letters to create the power words for the rest of Marvel Family,By asking the gods and legendary figures to use the first letter of their names to create the words. As in that one reveals that Black Adam and shazam while saying the same word have different letters for different power sets! Also figuring out how to disable the power words that give the seven deadly sins, their abilities.
4: Finally, the battle between the Marvel family(plus black Adam) VS Doctor Sivana, and his family using the seven deadly sins.
