Hi bro, I have 6+ years of experience in IT support and service desk. Currently I am not working due to health issues from 1year. Now I am trying to switch my domain to AZURE CLOUD. I got selected in hcl and got confirmation email and share all the documents educational and experience documents. It is 20days completed till now I have not received any offer letter and HR is not responding to my calls and emails. I have showed that I have 4 years experience in azure but my designation in previous companies was service desk technician and EUC due to this I am not getting offer? Same designation was mentioned in my salary slips and previous company offer letter which I have shared the same to HCL HR. Can I expect offer letter still because it is 3 weeks over. Will my bgv get rejected because of my previous company designation was service desk technician? Please respond to my query
Releasing of compensation/offer letter requires pre-offer BGV. It usually takes time depends on profile and other factors. Considering these days as you know, it’s holiday times. Wait for some time until new year comes. After that, try to communicate with your recruiter. All the best. 👍

@@satyaramjidhulipudi9383 we need to convince them. Fake profiles ni filter out cheyadanki ilaa chesthunnaru. Mee interview performance baa undi, meeru negotiate chesthe vintaru in case vinakunte, try with other.
We should educate people. I feel no harm in this. People are genuine, and they do face these issues commonly. However, it’s not about encouraging fake profiles, as I iterated many times. But thanks a lot for your concern! 🫰🏻
