Well... I preffer USB C charging ports directly in flashlight. Going for Streamlight wedge.
I don't get why companies make torches without projection glass/acrylic its a deal braker for me personally it would be far better
Heat dissipation - They do drive the LED's quite hard and a flat piece of glass will keep it much cooler than domed glass or acrylic.
@@Vortecks never had an issue with any Led projectors I’ve used and the heat sinks seem to be the same size as does the spacing between the lens.
However the light output is far better
Any heat is dealt with by the heat sink at the rear of the diodes
