Yoga and Physical Education Program - Day 2

Premsagar Foundation is running numerous initiatives with the support of The Prem Rawat Foundation ( TPRF) for the upliftment of underprivileged people.
This time they have come up with Yoga and Physical Education Program.
Second day of this Program was also spent well. Participants were elated to learn about different activities and their benifits.
