Coock the jackfruit in a water and littlebit of salt untill jackfruit cook . In a big pan add the mixture off coconut and add tomato and cook it untill the mixture coock well then add boiled jack fruit ,if salt is required check it out , then coock untill the Jackfruit becomes smooth enough . The recipe is ready to eat with south Indian rice It tastes like ummmmmmmmah
