Each of our weight plates is 10 lbs (~4.53 kgs) unless otherwise noted so it's pretty easy to calculate. If your stack has 15 plates = 150 lbs, 20 plates = 200 lbs. Let us know if you need any help or have any other questions.
Instead of LAT PULLDOWNs, any harm in choosing a weight more than my bodyweight and doing pullups on it? What about if I use the bar rest up top? Will the welding hold my bodyweight (170lbs?)
@@AjaxDas I think it's more that you'll break it. Regardless, I contacted the company and indeed a representative emphatically made clear that it's not intended for this. Damn shame, but fortunately there are at least two parks nearby with something I can use as a pullup bar.
@@claudiomagistrelli518 I will explain the disadvantages. The lat pull down sitting placement is bad. You're way ahead and you have to lean back. The leg support for lat pull down is not perfectly placed. The chest press is not perfect enough. It's good but still can be much better. The cable near the leg extension can't be used for bicep curl when standing or any excercise which requires you to stand and pull the cable above your waist. You have to sit and do the curls. Leg curls is not good enough.

You can't do that. It's not stable enough to do a pull-up
