I've been in the special operations community for over 27 years, I'm so impressed how you all have LISTENED to all of our "pain points" over the years!! especially in regards to the med kit!! I can't tell you how crap our kit was in early 2001 compared to now because of companies like yours. Thank you for what you do for the SOF community
holy shit man, i hope your douing fine. I am actively upgrading my EDC IFAK, i've fixed and sewn on additional holders for Shears, custom slings (fyi i am 14)
when I was fresh from basic, we had a trauma dressing and a triangular bandage, that was it. we had no shears, no trauma blanket, no tourniquet... not even the team "doc" had much more (tq, shears and so but...) it was considered needless bulk/weight, wondering how many needless fatalities that caused.
I live in South Korea and have served in the mandatory military service, and I am currently in the Republic of Korea reserve army(ROKA). Sadly, ROK army is conscripted in principle, so the distribution of FAKs and protective equipments is too slow. Therefore, I am very interested in providing personal first aid kits, and I carry tourniquet, QuikClot gauze, Compact HyFin Vent, sanitary gloves, sheers, and some signal device like chemlight sticks in my iFAK in preparation for trauma and isolation caused by war and various disasters. I am very positive about Agilite's MD2 trauma kit. My existing pouch had to be fixed to the thigh through dropleg pouch/carrier due to the thickness and a deployment method of FAK pouch itself, but the MD2 trauma kit is expected to be able to be easily applied to the Ronin Warbelt that I use while maintaining the volume of my existing pouch. I believe MD2 trauma kit will be of great help in preparing for disasters and war I'm facing, and I would like to thank Agilite for coming up with it. Thank you.
I've been waiting for this to come out, and I must say, it is another piece of great equipment from Agilite. I also like the MD2 medical supplies that complement the kit. Keep up the great work, and I stand by Israel.
You are doing great work man! You have my support as a customer, gear tester, and as an American citizen. Keep it up, looking forward to seeing what new things come out!
I bought 2 of your MD2 Trauma kits and i have to say it is a great addition to the rest of my Agilite gear. I carry scissors, chest seals, a needle, gauze, latex gloves, and some quick clot gauze, as well as a small roll of tape. Hope to never use, but i know its there when needed. I also got the attachment so i can drop it from my plate carrier so i can have it hang instead of adding it to my belt. Keep up the great work, and keep pushing these great products. Love the stuff and love what you guys are doing.
Hoping the next product you guys push out is a phone holder for a plate carrier. The ones out now arent that great. I know you guys will come out with something awesome
I carry; tourniquet, med scissors, x2 combat gauze, x2 triangle bandages x2 rolls of med tape. Love what you guys are doing! Keep up the phenomenal work!
I keep my current medical/trauma kit at about 4 o'clock on my belt. I have debated moving to six with consideration to if my strong side is injured. Will be replacing my current kit with this offering soon. Love the simplicity.
Another killer piece of kit for the operator!! Proud to have been able to be a part of the T&E team once again for AGILITE once again. Still carrying the same old stuff I carried back in the day as I do now in my Ifak. Two way chest seals X 2 , Z- Fold Gauze, NPA pre lubed w extra pack, couple pairs black nitrile gloves, Occlusive Dressing X 2 , 2 Black Sharpies. One in IFAK one on PC, Couple Large Safety Pins, TCCC, Decomp Needle 10g & 14g , Flat Fold Duct Tape. It’s a lot for one small IFAK but rather have more than not enough and that’s just what’s in my battle belt IFAK. I still have my Ferro Concepts Roll 1 Trauma Pouch on my PC filled up with goodies for a primary.
Looks like a very well thought through equipment, as usual from Agilite. I usually keep the IFAK on my belt, since that is what I have on the most. Would love to try it out, I am extremely satisfied with your products. Quality, design and looks are top notch. Keep up the good work!
In my IFAK, I carry essential items like a tourniquet, Israeli bandage, hemostatic gauze, and a chest seal for trauma care. I also include a nasopharyngeal airway, trauma shears, gloves, gauze pads, medical tape, and compressed gauze to handle various injuries. Additionally, I keep an emergency blanket, burn gel, antiseptic wipes, pain relievers, a CPR mask, and a splint to ensure I'm ready for any medical emergency. Stay prepared and stay safe!
I run my IFAK on the rear of my battle belt. Filled with gauze, bandages, tourniquet, alcohol wipes, and trauma shears. Agilite gear is top notch and I plan on buying an agilite helmet cover in RG from you guys!
I keep my ifak at my lower back(6 o-clock) on my battle belt. Worked great during my military time and it’s working perfectly now as a LEO. All of y’alls products are Very simple and user friendly which i love. Keep up the great work and stay safe out there.
I carrie my pouch at 6 o clock with a tq holster at 5 in my ifak are a sharpie, hyflin compact chestseals, combat gauze, and a sof t tourniquet. I also carrie a kit on my back with compression bandages, an extra tq, pills, and stuff for smaller cuts.
I typically keep my IFAK on the front of my plate carrier so I have rapid access to my tourniquet and other medical. With training, I found I was able to deploy my medical supplies quickly to provide self aid from the front. Thanks agilite! Too notch gear!
My unit's SOP is to have your IFAK on the left side of your body armor, but I like to carry a second small kit in the back center of my battle belt. God bless Israel.
I keep my medical items on my kit either in a dangler pouch on the front of my plate carrier, or at 6oclock on my battle belt. This looks like an awesome trauma kit that I’d love to have!
I Always carry my Ifak on my Kore Concepts battle belt, I also like how this trauma kit has easy accessibility for that "Rapid Deployment". I love the products that you all bring to the market!
Nice video very informative! In my IFAK I have gauze/bandages, a tourniquet, some chest seals, a pair of trauma shears, some gloves, two pressure dressings and some painkillers.
PSA COVER YOUR TOURNIQUET. Every medical item should be contained, but most of the time TQs are not anf that causes 80% failure rate. Luckily I have no experuence with this. It's not a matter of making the TQ inaccessible, but my TQ comes in a little plastic wrap that definitely shows how abrassive my pockets are on it and that wear is usually on the TQ leading to failure. Protect your gear. I'm skeptical of those elastic sleeves. They're okay on the top of an IFAK on your belt like thisn but mostly Im refering to TQs under one danglers or the bottom of the plate bag and other forms of exposure like being crushed in a cargo pocket. My Gauze package ripped where I folded the corner and it wore out in my pocket Combat gauze is the number one thing I carry for medical EDC and is, therefore, my number one in an IFAK. Gauze has many more use cases and can be used on less major injuries. Tourniquet is only useful when you lose a limb in comparison. That niche is why that is my second medical item. Most individuals watching a video like this needs either a booboo kit somewhere nearby or I just carry a few alcohol wipes and bandaids in a zipper pocket. Not time essential, but still life-saving if you're out for a while. I carry my gauze and TQ in a pocket. People barely notice it, probably think the gauze is a wallet. My only problem is having so many individual items to switch in and out of bags/shorts/pants so I'm looking into a bellyband holster with plenty of pockets. It's like a concealed battle belt. Trying to find a bellyband with a holster and room for 7 items plus a holster and mag. Phone, wallet/cards, small flashlight, 1 oz sanitizer, gauze, smaller TQ (size of a glock mag), and a multitool (Leatherman Free P4), then small pistol and maybe an extra mag The best I can find is the Phlster Enigma with the sport belt in the back. It also looks like the only one with the pockets away from the holster so I can grab my debit card without flashing my weapon. Any products that might hold more than 3 items are appreciated
You guys did a great job making it simple and easy to use. Very quick to deploy. You also did a great job summing it up and showing it off. I would keep it at 6 o'clock on my belt!
My IFAK is pretty basic, gloves, tourniquet, chest seals, emergency bandage, scissors, compression gauze, decompression needle. Usually carried at 7' o-clock position. Love what you've guys have done with the design.
Really like the upgrades to this concept. The retention is huge upgrade. I run two med kits as a T-EMT, one at my 6 o’clock on my gun belt. My teammates and I have actually had the sled fall out while running - nothing like getting to the X and someone tells you that your IFAKs gone. Keep innovating- the molle hanger is a great idea.
The versatility of this sled is awesome! I keep my ifak in a few different places and have one with all my gear whether it's on the back of a belt, in my pack, or attached to either the right side or hanging from the back of my PC.
Also proud to be in the product testing team! I believe the next project should be a observation bivy like the carinthia observer plus, but in Tropical Woodland Camo, Snow Camo, Black & made with double Gortex lining, the camo should have a military level thermal Camo to prevent night spotters.
Well done Agilite! And happy to be parto of the T&E program! Great IFAK for operators. In it i putted the same stuff I used to in other ifaks: -Leatherman Scissors; -2 NPA with lubes; -4 chest-seals; -nitrile gloves (3pairs); -occlusive dressing (3x); -z-fold gauze; -cyalume (3x); -decomp. needle (2x); -TCCC card; -lighter; -tweezers.
As a former medic aid kits have special meaning to me so I've always carried my aid kit on my chest rig. I feel this is a fantastic design that allows you and anyone around you to have access to it. As we all know in the time of need speed and access is critical.
Great job. Looks like great kit. Definitely shows a lot of thought went into it. You have a great line of products. Maybe consider adding sustainment pouches with molle attachments and shot gun shell holder/placard to attached to plate carrier or molle.
Love this. You really spend time with product development to perfect your products. I have a tourniquet, marker, two chest seals, gloves, gauze and scissors in my IFAK.
Great idea for this love the functionality and ease of access to the medical because in those moments seconds matter this along with the buddy carry is a medic and infantryman’s best friend next to their weapons great work agilite your continued innovation is upping the game
Great and amazing design can’t wait for a bigger version to come out. I carry two Sam’s TQ , Two combo sams chest seals, black latex gloves , medical scissors, casually card, emergency blanket, and one olaes pressure bandage and a few chem lights
I have multiple IFAKS for different activities. One is mounted to the roll cage of my jeep. One is mounted to the bottom of my backpack. I keep one in the outer compartment of my laptop bag for work and travel and last but not least at the four oclock postion on my battle belt.
Currently, I carry my IFAK on my battle belt at the rear. However, after watching this video, I’m strongly considering putting it on my plate carrier. What a fantastic system!
I like the versatility of the mounting and quick extraction. A few items that are a must for me are a marker, combat gauze, pressure bandage, tourniquet, and quick clot.
As a medic I generally keep my Ifak at the 6 o'clock position on my belt. I keep another on the 4 o clock position on my plate carrier. Both of these positions tend to keep items in reach but out of the way. This looks like a great product and I'm keen on seeing how it performs!
I currently carry my IFAk (should upgrade from my current one to the MD2 though...) at 6 o'clock on my brand new Magnetix Battle Belt! I always carry a tourniquet readily available and trauma shears easily accessible, both on the outside of my IFAK. Inside it I keep; 2x hemostatic dressings, 1x combat gauze, 1x NPA, 2x chest seals, 1x decompression needle and 1x pressure dressing. Thanks for making great gear that evolves our performance and increases the confidence in our gear!
Awesome piece of kit!! Love the many different ways that you can mount it as well. Run my med kit on the rear, center of my belt, with extra TQ on an Agilite hanger on the front of my plate carrier. Proud to be part of the T & E gear tester program.
Love it brother. I keep my ifak on my left side (8 o’clock) of my kit. Also have a tourniquet on it. This would be a huge improvement. Keep up the great work guys.
The zero-resistance fast pull, the compact size and the price. Another great looking product from Agilite. I keep my ifak at 6 on my belt like many others and find this would be a much better setup for that positioning. God Bless.
I keep my IFAK on the back of my magnetic belt, I love the MD2 because you can also use it as an additional med pouch to throw to a buddy or deploy it as an easily packable cric kit. Great product!
I keep my medical supplies on the back of my magnet belt . Extra in my agilite hanger and on my cummerbund . I’m a paramedic so I carry a lot . Thanks agilite for giving me the tools I need ! G-d bless
I carry trauma scissors, tourniquet, packing gauze, chest seal, nasopharyngeal airway, ppe gloves, a big roll of gauze, and a roll of athletic tape. Love your stuff A
Love the innovation that comes from the boots on the ground. Mine isn't nearly as stocked, but a few TQs, chest seals, an NPA, and decomp needle is all right at home in my Agilite general purpose pouch.
Keep up the great work guys. I carry chest seals, Israel bandages, quick clot, 2 tourniquet, med shears, gauze, needle decompression, gloves, a few other things.
I keep my ifak at the 6 o’clock position on my belt. Additionally, it also fits in the front door pocket for quick retrieval. I like the versatility of the wing attachments, and the TQ holder. Well designed!
I keep my ifak on my belt at six o'clock. it's very smart solution to add multiple ways to place ifak on different places. versatility is typical sign of your gear. stay safe !
Love your gear, been a proud owner of your products for over a year now and can say I'm not disappointed. I would love for you to work on slings, especially 2 point slings. Id definitely pre order. Keep doing what your doing
I currently use a RTS tactical ifaik, but I’m super excited to add the Agilite kit to my battle belt. Also very pleased to have been a small part of this products development as a testing team member. Agilite products are simply the best.
Awesome piece of gear! Proud to be part of the T&E program. One of my favorite features is everything staying in place after deployment. Currently, I wear a dangler IFAK on my plate carrier and have a FannyFak for additional med supplies.
I keep my IFAK at the 4 o’clock position. It’s more comfortable transitioning in and out of vehicles for me. I love all the Agilite gear I have. God bless Israel and this great company.
I keep my ifak right behind my duty pistol. I can't do anything at 6 o'clock.. really kills my back! Nice work, keep up the good work rolling out new innovative products.
I'm carrying 2 tks, 2/3 z folds, set of chest seals, duct tape (flat) pressure dressings and a magic marker in my IFAK. Being a paramedic, I carry much more in a small roll bag (IV materials etc.). You have a great idea for a IFAK, seems like it would go anywhere yet be immediately available. I like what I've seen from your company, very inventiventive.
Great kit as usual from you guys, tested by profesionals. I carry shears, CAT's x4, sutures and clamps, skin stapler, chest seal x2, padded dressings x4, chest decompression needle, assorted plasters, eye dressings, large adhesive dressings, Cellox saches, safety pins, safety pi s, supportive bandage and 2" rock tape. All worn at 5 o'clock on molle belt opposite side to dump pouch.
I run a basic tearaway IFAK blowout kit complete with vented chest seals, decompression needles, shears, Israeli bandage, triangle bandage, tape, markers, CAT(s) glosticks, redundancy for all of the above.
Love this kit, its on my wish list for ERT crew and just general day to day use. My current IFAK is more of a pouch that is mounted to my AMAP assault pack as that bag never leaves my side. It holds; Gauze, tweezers, baja gold salt, active charcoal vasoline mix, crushed charcoal, compression bandage, 1x tourniquet, fabric bandaids, wound bandages, suture tape, dissenfectant spray, black seeds, tumeric, crushed cloves, crushed cayan pepper, cotton buds and balls, sports tape. It is appropriately named the Ouch Pouch. Love your gear, keep up yhe great work :)
I've been in the special operations community for over 27 years, I'm so impressed how you all have LISTENED to all of our "pain points" over the years!! especially in regards to the med kit!! when I was fresh from basic, we had a trauma dressing and a triangular bandage, that was it. we had no shears, no trauma blanket, no tourniquet... not even the team "doc" had much more (tq, shears and so but...) it was considered needless bulk/weight, wondering how many needless fatalities that caused.
Watching a company listen and interact with the community and its customers makes this 10000% better. You guys actually care
The ability to pull from both directions is huge. I love it!

I keep my ifak at 6 o clock on my magnetix belt. Thanks for making great gear. God speed Israel!
I've rly been seeing a lot of good looking stuff coming from agilite recently. Thinking of getting their dangler for my jpc2.0
I keep my ifak on my g code belt 6clock
I carry tourniquet, med scissors, combat gauze, rolls of med tape, 2x chest seals,decompression needle, space blanket .
Love what you guys are doing!

I carry; tourniquet, med scissors, x2 combat gauze, x2 triangle bandages x2 rolls of med tape.
Love what you guys are doing! Keep up the phenomenal work!
I've been having issues with fitting my shears into there. Any tips?
I keep my current medical/trauma kit at about 4 o'clock on my belt. I have debated moving to six with consideration to if my strong side is injured. Will be replacing my current kit with this offering soon. Love the simplicity.
I have run with an IFAK, Shears, marker and a Tourniquet. Great addition to any kit!

2xCAT, 1x6” trauma bandage, 2xhemostatic z-fold bandages, 2xnonhemostatic z-fold bandages, 1xNAR scissors
Amazing design. So smooth!

Life-saving and looks great!
I have just put my order in for Your Trauma Kit
I run my IFAK on the rear of my battle belt. Filled with gauze, bandages, tourniquet, alcohol wipes, and trauma shears. Agilite gear is top notch and I plan on buying an agilite helmet cover in RG from you guys!

Smart and simple
I love Israel!❤

Wow thats great
Badass as per usual.
Does it come in black? Whoever wins, hopefully it's stuffed with essentials! I'd carry the basics to save a human's life! Good luck!
*Keeps soldiers safe while they continue to un alive innocent babies!*
Nice video very informative!
In my IFAK I have gauze/bandages, a tourniquet, some chest seals, a pair of trauma shears, some gloves, two pressure dressings and some painkillers.
I have been a Paramedic in the field for 28ys, this appears to be a well thought out product. Good job Agilite!
I took a dump in my dump pouch because I thought it was for dump and now it smells like dump. Please advise.
Nice

Well done Agilite! And happy to be parto of the T&E program! Great IFAK for operators. In it i putted the same stuff I used to in other ifaks:
-Leatherman Scissors;
-2 NPA with lubes;
-4 chest-seals;
-nitrile gloves (3pairs);
-occlusive dressing (3x);
-z-fold gauze;
-cyalume (3x);
-decomp. needle (2x);
-TCCC card;
-lighter;
-tweezers.

Always at the small of my back most comfortable place and nothing to get snagged on! Keep up the awesome work guys!
Love this. You really spend time with product development to perfect your products. I have a tourniquet, marker, two chest seals, gloves, gauze and scissors in my IFAK.
I always run mine centered on my spine either on my battle belt or at the base of my plate carrier, love the products that help save lives!
Great idea for this love the functionality and ease of access to the medical because in those moments seconds matter this along with the buddy carry is a medic and infantryman’s best friend next to their weapons great work agilite your continued innovation is upping the game
Another banger product from our boys at Agilite. Never saw such a configuration, but not uncommon of Agilite to think out the box.
Great and amazing design can’t wait for a bigger version to come out. I carry two Sam’s TQ , Two combo sams chest seals, black latex gloves , medical scissors, casually card, emergency blanket, and one olaes pressure bandage and a few chem lights
I keep an ifak with chest seals, Israeli bandage, combat gauze, trauma shears & gloves. Thanks for all the quality gear you provide.
I have multiple IFAKS for different activities. One is mounted to the roll cage of my jeep. One is mounted to the bottom of my backpack. I keep one in the outer compartment of my laptop bag for work and travel and last but not least at the four oclock postion on my battle belt.
Thank you for continuing to make great products. My kit is fairly basic. Tourniquet, tape, gauze, triangular bandage, shears and chest seals.
the size and the option to pull out from both sides are great, love your designs
I carry tourniquets, med scissors, combat gauze, Chest seals, pressure dressing, charpie, survival blanket.
Your ifak looks incredible !
I keep my kit at 6:00. Thank you agilite and Godspeed gentlemen!

God Bless.
I keep my ifak at 6 o clock on my battle belt, great products,i am proud to say i wear your gear, thanks Agilite.
I keep my ifak at 5 o' clock on my belt. Your new kit is amazing!
G-d bless
Necessity makes for great (re)inventions as AGILITE clearly shows time and time again
Those red pull handles are a no-go for me. Going to have to wrap tape around them.
I have shears,tourniquet, bandages, alcohol wipes, and chest seal. Great work again Agilite.
I keep my ifak in the very back(6 o'clock). Love what yall doing with yalls gear! All my stuff is agilite and I can't wait to get the MD2
You guys have been making some great products. I can't wait to see what you guys do with some kind of chest rig and harness.
Awesome piece of gear! Proud to be part of the T&E program. One of my favorite features is everything staying in place after deployment. Currently, I wear a dangler IFAK on my plate carrier and have a FannyFak for additional med supplies.
Great looking pouch, can see a lot of thoughts gone into it. I always keep mine in the centre of belt to be able to access it from either side
Love your stuff! You guys are awesome!
I typically carry a cat5 tourniquet, Israeli bandage, trauma shears, smaller gauze and bandages.
I keep my IFAK at the 4 o’clock position. It’s more comfortable transitioning in and out of vehicles for me. I love all the Agilite gear I have. God bless Israel and this great company.
I keep my IFAK on the 6 o'clock position of my recently bought magnetix belt. Keep putting out amazing products!
I keep my ifak right behind my duty pistol. I can't do anything at 6 o'clock.. really kills my back!
Nice work, keep up the good work rolling out new innovative products.
Excellent looking IFAK. I've carried IFAKs and AFAKs in multiple configurations from on carrier, on belt, and thigh. MOLLE hanger is a game changer.
It holds;
Gauze, tweezers, baja gold salt, active charcoal vasoline mix, crushed charcoal, compression bandage, 1x tourniquet, fabric bandaids, wound bandages, suture tape, dissenfectant spray, black seeds, tumeric, crushed cloves, crushed cayan pepper, cotton buds and balls, sports tape.
It is appropriately named the Ouch Pouch.
Love your gear, keep up yhe great work :)
run mainly @ 6 depending on scenario we are running. Great products!
I like to keep my kit at 6 o'clock on the belt or 8 o'clock on the vest.. Looks like a great product! I love your videos.. keep them coming
