To when I focus my energy to my weight lifting and cardio workout, and keep my energy high through my work day. Until finally I come home rest and finally have a final burst of energy with my partner for the full euphoric bliss.

Hi, this is with whatever I know, the symbol is called Om, is one of the most sacred symbols in Hinduism. Om signifies the essence of the ultimate reality, consciousness. Not sure of the rest, and at the end, the old man, there is a staircase on top of him that will lead to eternity. Thanks.
