This is what I want to do when I come back home. I renovated one for a friend there who fell on hard times and only had an apartment, badly in need of renovation. It was a labor of love although the work men broke the entrance glass and I had to pay to replace it and the plummer caused a leak on the down stairs apartment that I had to pay to fix. it was beautiful when completed and he now has an income property.
That is gorgeous. I love the light blue paint instead of white and the gray and white counter tops. I would stay there, The could get a bed with storage for linens.
PLEASE PUT IN INFORMATION OF TRADE PERSONS / COMPANIES WHO ARE RELIABLE AND DO FANTASTIC NO DRAMA WORK.
Incorporate a price breakdown for each segment . Also include the workmen / construction team info so we can contact them.

You guys did a wonderful job on the renovation of this studio apartment. I think the word you were looking for is "chuck" up Cass. The furniture before was too much for the space. By the way, love that yellow top on you.
The space looks alot better, just don't see a space for the fridge it would have been good to change the windows as well. But I understand that the budget may have been tight. When they got some more money they can change the windows. Overall job well done. Love the space now real transformation.
