450 mg of sodium is not high, if you eat say 3 meals a day the American Hear Association recommends 1500 mg limit id you are part of an at-risk group. so thats less than 1/3 for that meal. i usually dont add much salt to my foods so I dont have to sacrifice for those few foods I do buy which might be a bit higher in sodium

Those chocolate graham crackers are horrible. Tastes like cardboard and cocoa. I wish Bobby had a real chef taste this stuff before he recommends it. I think Bobby tolerates a lot of dry, bland, weird flavors. Body builders put up with weird textures and flavors. Most people want rich, creamy, flavors with no odd aftertaste like stevia leaves ( for example). Dark chocolate might be healthy but it tastes like dirt. Where has the milk chocolate gone? I have the Ember 16oz Tumbler Mug. Saying that it will keep your coffee warm all day is somewhat misleading. If you don't take a drink within two hours it shuts off. I bought mine thinking I could put hot coffee in it before I go to bed and it would be ready to drink when I got up. Otherwise it does what it says it will do. The maxi heat setting is 145F.

I buy the Kirkland flour in bulk regularly. Also, those oats are the BEST. I make my kids granola bars for their lunches. I use Kirkland grass-fed butter to make them and they're delicious with minimal ingredients
