hvac is awesome lol I had a shit show of a water heater job the other day idunno guess I’m awful I drained an 80 gallon in about 5 seconds though … changed the elements and drove home wet lolol I like hvac it’s cool
I hardly ever get no heat calls anymore. I miss working on the heating side.....if you don't use your skills.....you lose your skills. Stay safe....stay warm
I agree on the HX replacement. We replace all the heating components when it comes to a new heat exchanger on an RTU. It’s not worth the call back every season for abother old heating part crapping out
I have questions as i make the move from residential to commercial/industrial, where do i send them, in order for you to respond. You have a email somewhere? Thanks Ryan
Love you're video but saying that when replacing a heat exchanger ur also gonna add and ignition board is wild that's just trying to have them spend more money
This isn’t a residential customer btw. We get fucked on the service call, the pm with Dne’s and guess what happens if the ignition control board fails after we replaced the heat exchanger? Any idea? We get fucked again.
Great video Ryan. I was freezing just watching the video. Thanks brother!
I appreciate you watching!
Shout out to Tradesman providing stellar service in these freezing temps. May your coco always be hot.

Nice check-up Ryan ... HVAC guy's are tough ... I'll drink a Lite in you honor Thx
Cheers! Thanks for watching.

I diagnosed the problem as soon as the video started......it's a LENNOX😂
🤣
Lennox better then trane lol
@@jhatfield2755 anything better than Trane
Can't beat the older L series....newer Ls are a hit and miss like all the new junk.
Nice work Ryan Stay safe.
Thanks, will do!

For sure 👍
Great video. Thank you for sharing. How to know pulley size for motor ?
If I can’t get the numbers off the pulley/sheave I use a caliper. I may record a short demonstrating it
I remeber carrying several of those ignition boxes when york mean machines were popular . Always going bad
Thank for watching bro
I would for sure replace that 2nd combustion blower regardless… but y not test capacitor, maybe get them running temporarily?
And I’d accept “because it’s 4°” lol. I was up on an rtu this week doing an HX in 20° and it was brutal. I’m debating getting some heated clothing
Hate to say it but if we get it running they usually don’t approve the write up, plus I was cold.
🤟😎👍
😘
What town was this, Ryan? Only curious because I live in your service area.

Eleven or so Lennox units...unit heater for the stockroom...Novar ETM's....must be a Petsmart.
Not quite but I have been to that store before. I can see why you thought so

We add it in the quote, the facilities company is only going to pay for what they want. I don’t understand why everyone has such an issue with this?
