This was amazing. I usually love to see Pedro on video and his voice is so cool and soothing, but I had never heard him in a podcast and the experience was fantastic. Just being able to focus in his voice is fantastic.
Pedro may not know, but his public adventures brings valued, enriching dimensions to this life, we are all artists in how we express ourselves. I hope Pedro does not have to leave the house today!!
I was feeling really sad so I was gonna listen to oldies BUT this helped a lot more. He is such an inspiration! He makes me smile when nothing else can 💓💓💓
You can really tell the two "hosts" of this are podcasters and not professional interviewers. It's so frustrating because Mr. Pascal is being so honest and they are talking over him for no reason
The hosts of the podcast are professional actors. It's not really an interview. Pedro is friends with them, and its more of a conversation. It may be chaotic, but there aren't any rules in podcasting. The hosts can do whatever they like. I find this very enjoyable tho. Theres something comforting in the intertwining of voices in conversation, especially between friends.
Hahaha! "I don't know what I mean, let's move on!!" There must be a word in some language for the different states of mind while experiencing situations primarily intellectually or emotionally, etc... I love how Pedro is so deeply empathic, complicated, and visuay driven. Purple yes! Yet I was purple before I heard of Prince. Good seascapes are so difficult to find, I look forward to checking out Richter. Woof. Thank you.
I was lucky enough to curate for a museum and to have met so many creative and artistic people. I have even met and talked our National Artist Dean Jose Joya. I felt so honored. What a gracious and lovely man!
Those Richter seascapes absolutely resonated with me first time I saw them. I was in a very unhappy place and there was just a sort of serenity to them, like being washed over by these misty stormy waves. And that Goya, what a fantastic pick. Notice there's a shadow of a man looming over the dog? So cool hearing Pedro talk about art, even if he says he knows nothing about it all of the pieces he mentioned are brilliant. And I love the clock. It's like playing the ultimate game of movie trivia. Thanks for the upload!
My favourite colour happens to be purple as well, and we actually had a room that was painted purple! Feature wall was a dark matt purple and the rest of the walls between off-white and very pastel lavender. I loved it so much as it gave me great comfort.
Corruption is the ruination of innocence. I would have loved to hear how far he would have gone on about that part of the Convo. I totally get the idea of the "magic" being gone, like learning how the magic tricks/illusions are done but it is sad that one can lose the ability to suspend the disbelief that makes the art of storytelling (in any medium) engaging and immersive. I would like to think this is something that can be recovered.
wow i really can't stand when someone is speaking thoughtfully or vulnerably on a topic and they're interrupted or spoken over. like, maybe if you listened to pedro instead of cutting him off to try and guess or explain what you think he might be saying, perhaps you'd just, you know, hear what he's saying and then respond to that.
Ya'll: it's not an interview. It's just a fun podcast conversation. He's not so precious that the others can't add and be enthusiastic about the conversation. They're all involved. It's not a lecture. Calm down.
exactly!! and i think this is definitely how most conversations go?? i don’t think anybody’s feelings were hurt. he was a guest on their podcast, not professional interviewers. they’re all friends people! i feel he’s progressing to a level of fame where fans start to get annoying.. :/ i thought this was a nice, normal, human thing i enjoyed it and i think they did
@@annabel2100 I know right ? I only found out about him through The Mandolorian, and then TLOU because I played the game long ago lol. Now, he’s everywhere. I obviously like his opinions and insights too, but he’s literally a 50 year old man lol it’s creepy af how people will go to “defending him” over an obscure video like this for example
What was he in London for six months for? I know he filmed the Bubble in London but that was way after this in like 2021 or 2022 I think. What project was he working on in London around 2018?
someone needs to let pedro knows he’s and artist and a damn good one at that he’s to humble to be that good
Pedro was so polite in not telling these 2 to shut up.
In good chilean spanish: ya cállense, weones

This is my comfort listen whenever I'm feeling anxious
Just a beautiful person. 💜

He is so sweet

i love this dynamic and vibe

I love this interview! Museums are my go-to when visiting a new city, and I have cried in more than one of them.

Pedro is my baby
I had an emotional response to art too. It was a Louise Bourgeois exhibition. Most bizarre thing, wasn’t expecting that.

Yeah it's a shame that these two are the people he felt so comfortable speaking with given that they just want to speak
Duly noted.
@@marberg1579 wanna watch Heathers soon?
I really don’t know how anyone doesn’t find The Dream fascinating.
love this 💯
The Rothko Room in The Tate Modern is one of my favourite places.

Почему я здесь в 23⁵⁸ в воскресенье?! 😅
I love “The Dog”, but don’t see it as being fucked. Always looked at it as just kinda soaking in the challenge ahead…before the climb starts.
For a moment I though one of the two guys was Ryz Ahmed, or sounds like him, I guess

Was it the Kingsman?
I love him so much
deep shit
These 2 keep interrupting. Getting on my nerves.
X2
These 2 interviewers are so unprofessional.
Embarrassing how bad the interviewers are!
Yes, my thought exactlyy, he was inspired searching for the right words to answer some interesting questions and they kept interrupting
