What happens when you use wah-wah pedal on an acoustic guitar?

I played solo guitar (GreenSleeves) with wah-wah pedal.
To be honest, it's not very good because the goodness of the acoustic guitar is lost, but it could be used for part of a song or in combination with a looper pedal.
I would like to upload more arrangements using wah when they are ready.
