It appears they are completely respecting the original beloved film. It’s a short clip and maybe too early to say. But so many of us have always wished for the second movie. And finally we got it. Can not wait any longer. So excited for this. In advance. Enjoy the movie everyone and please be sure to rewatch or watch for the first time the Original before seeing this. As you may get lost to what happens in the story. There may be references to the last movie. That might be important for context. I’m sure it’s a fun movie but the story and character beetlejuice is brilliant. As a child of the 80s I watched the Cartoon. And was glued to every episode. So fun.

The Idea of Brad Pitt is co-producing this is awesome. I heard that Tim Burton is going back to his roots and doing practical effecfs.
It doesn't necessarily mean that Brad is involved in the film apart from financing.

Neither Alec not Geena are in this. Monica is playing Beetlejuice's wife. This is using the same stop motion animators as the first movie. We don't need an Edward Scissorhands sequel!
