It doesn't require optocoupler feedback. Because the Secondary winding and the Auxiliary windings are the same in number [in the video which is not the same]. There was a 12-volt Zener in the aux winding that will ensure that the induced voltage of the aux winding will not exceed the value of 12volts, and though the aux and secondary windings are the same, the induced voltage at the secondary will also be 12volts. This is how we can regulate the output voltage without an optocoupler.
