The 2025 Hyundai i30 N Continues to Produce Manual Hot Hatches, But Won't Go To The US

The exciting Hyundai i30 N hot hatch has received a second round of cosmetic upgrades, but unfortunately, it will not be available for purchase in the US. What new features will be available to customers in different markets in 2025? Alright, let's get going.Front air intakes have been given a more aggressive appearance and accentuated with vivid red paint by Hyundai's design team. There has been some tweaking to the lip design as well, with matte grey and red accents now. Furthermore, Hyundai's new flat-look emblems in matte black are showcased on the revamped front grille.New 19-inch forged wheels in a matte grey finish are standard on all 2025 i30 N variants.Some small adjustments have also been made to the inside. The 10.25-inch infotainment screen and fully digital instrument cluster are carried over from the i30 N Sedan. The optional bucket seats in suede, leather, or Alcantara N have also seen some upgrades, and the shifter now has a gloss black surround. The steering wheel now has a red NGS button that activates the 'N Grin Shift' boost function.The new model comes with Hyundai Bluelink, a program that provides connected car services, in regions like Australia. Updates to features like alert services, connected routing with real-time traffic information, automatic collision notification, and over-the-air software updates are all part of this. With the addition of a rearview camera and upgraded front radar sensors, the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist is now even better. With the 2025 i30 N, you get Intelligent Speed Limit Assist, Rear Occupant Alert, Driver Attention Warning, and Multi-Collision Braking as standard accessories. Even though it wasn't necessary, the i30 N's powertrain has remained unchanged. The 2.0-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine remains the source of power, producing 206 kW (276 horsepower) at 6,000 rpm and 392 Nm (289 lb-ft) of torque between 2,100 and 4,700 rpm. Both the six-speed manual and the eight-speed dual-clutch automatic transmissions are still available for the hot hatch.
