You know what you should touch on is people after 50 definitely need this but even people in their twenties needed to stress is the number one killer a Jacuzzi a hot spring water an or jacuzzi sitting in that every night will help everyone I believe it helped me immensely without it I get all the things you guys are talking about but nobody talks about hot spring water or Jacuzzis a bath does not do it nearly as good you need something big enough to stretch your legs and everything underwater and the water should be nice and warm warm what do you think about that? Is basically called water therapy!
