They gave you a salesman instead of a headphone guy, but you handled it well, even when he did the kinda manipulative throw to you with a prompt for product praise.
Tyll- man you crack me up! - you are so careful about saying anything about these products until you can thoroughly test them - I get it. However, it would be nice if you can give more in depth initial impressions other than "interesting".
I heard a version of them at CanJam London last year. I was definitely interested in reviewing them. The rep at the booth definitely not helping them. They had a very dynamic sound. I think a lot of people will like them (assuming tuning hasn't changed much in 6 months).
I wouldn't totally shit on 1more. I don't know about these headphones maybe they are crap, but I have their quad earbuds and for the money you're not going to be able to beat it , as far as earbuds are concerned.

FrostyP not terrible, but they sound a bit course and flat for hybrids.. I had a pair that a sibling now uses..
When released, they were one of the best around $100, in my opinion. I wasn't alone in that judgment.
