That looks so delicious. I’m eating low carb so I wonder if I could use the egglife wraps instead of the puff pastry. Not sure if you are familiar with them or not.

Not familiar with them, but they should probably work just fine! Just something that kind of feels like a bun on top!! Honestly, you could even skip the topping and just have the cheese, and it would still be delicious!!!! xo

Darling Wes, Yiu just put a smile on my face when I hear you laugh and see your enthuiasm aswell. But, just a tiny advise. Don´t put all the minced meat in the pan at the same time. To put it all in at the same time, makes the pan to cool down and the minced meat got cooked instead of fryed. Just a small of advise from me. I tought my now ex-husband to cook, so I understand how you Chris are dealing with your better half ;-)

What is minced meat? This is a hamburger casserole.

@@joannparker1977 Don´t you know what minced meat is? What do you think hamburgers are made of?

To drain the fat, I just wad up some paper towels. It gets most of it. I use 93-7 for any ground beef recipe I cook. But for burgers, it's 80-20.
