This has been one of the best instructional yet. Not completely relevant to me, but i can see the potential elsewhere. Thanks heaps.

How can you do a bolted connection at the curved beam/column interface ? Like in your first model. You don't want a haunch but you do want an endplate. Or how do you trim a curved beam to manually fit a skewed plate at its end? In revit i mean.

Great tutorials, but can u show us how to make connection between curved beam? Ive tried several times with generic costume connection and basic connection that in revit but always failed, it say "non linear element not supported"?

yes, me too, i think revit can't connect between coloumn & curved steel beam

Great video... I have 2 questions. 1- how would you put a corrugated sheet metal over the curved beam in the z axis? And 2- how do you you a a tapered column small at the bottom and wider on the top? If you could do a video that would be great

      Hi there,
For corrugation I generally advise against modelling the corrugated materials. The triagnulation and sheer number of surfaces complete hinders the performance of large models and is what I would deem as "over modelling", in line with the various LOD standards (Level of detail/definition) from around the world. I would use a roof by extrusion with a suitable model surface pattern to represent the corrugation.
I will put the tapered column on my tutorial "to do" list for sure. Thanks for the suggestion.
Any additional queries at all please let me know.

I am trying to add second diary beam along the curved beam, but it’s adding the Secondary beam below the curved beam. Can anyone help me out?

Modeling it one thing -- I never see much about how to Schedule exractible data like the lenght/radius of a curved and inclined beam.

Hi N - I am unsure why this might be the case if you followed the steps (should be immediately visible in the Structure Tab). If you can give me a bit more information I will try help you further.

Are you sure you don't mean 3D snapping Matice? You can see that in 3D views.
