I'd like to point out McDonalds also sold Sphegetti for a short time which makes its connection to this game even funnier. It still sells spaghetti in some places.
Fun Fact: In the final game, "Beard Burgers, a PaRappa Town Tradition!" is one of if the only level that doesn't use L1 or R1 but in the Happy Demo, they are used multiple times. Unknown why these inputs were altered before the finalization.

Too bad this demo didn't make it into the complete game. It would've been interesting to see how product placement works in a game loaded with only fictional characters and fictional products.
I was thinking the same thing, like there’s just elements of this that tells me “this was definitely not the completed version of this level” It’s kinda interesting ngl, but I wonder why they’d use that version and not wait to use the complete version for this.
@@aannoyingcaat mcdonalds is infamously strict about stuff like that. When they do a promotion they usually refuse to wait and expect you to do it when they want you to. So the developers probably had no choice but to use the beta version of this level
