When the athlete shows a sportsmanship, the referee must also demonstrate professionalism.
Making mistakes is inevitable.
What is terrible is that you cannot face mistakes.
Make TWIF a Convincing and Fair Unit.
Please correct the referee's mistakes and let the athletes have valuable spirits.
Let Tug of War be respectable and let TWIF be fair.

these guys suck at tug of war, your not supposed to lean forward, you can get pulled out of you hold way easier that way, you make your whole body straight and lean back as far as you can go, that way the other team has to get you out of your hole, THEN pull you to the other side, it wears them out better and faster

Internationally, my team is ranced behind all the European teams and when we pulled against Laval's Ruge et Or a few years ago we best them easy.
It does take more than just weight to be good at Tug of War team. Find yourself a tug of war team that has international experience and join a training session with them.
