To anyone that feels like they aren’t enough. You are enough. Love yourself. Iv experiences it before, you feel like your falling into a deep pit and you just can’t climb out. It’s pain, the pain is stronger than your will to live. It’s worth it. Every time I listen to this song I end up crying. Only song I have ever cried for. You can hear the pain, feel the pain. The amount of panic and anxiety attacks I have had listening to this is surreal. Too many to count. I know that someone like Harry feels this, and it hurts so so bad. His life ain’t perfect. Neither is our. We need to accept that. You are enough. Push through one day at a time. You will push through that dark hole, we believe you will. Scratch that, we know you will. I’m sorry for the rambling I really needed to vent. I know this song was written 3 years ago but it’s meaning only gets stronger. I feel like for once I can let go of all the weight on my shoulders bearing me down, be myself for once. I don’t know who I am and after 13 years I still don’t know. My parents are alcoholics. I have a job at our local grocery store, this is a school chrome book and I don’t bother making friends because I don’t have time for them. Turn away anyone who asks. I have my parents and myself to take care of, my brother left 2 years and 157 days ago. Today was not a favorite of mine, and though I really really try so hard I just don’t see the point in trying to survive day after day anymore. When I grow up no one will be there to support me. I’ll have children, a husband, and what else. What until then? I know Harry will never see this, and I doubt anyone else ever will. I just want to put it out there that some of us are really struggling to find a purpose. Harry has taught me that that purpose may not always be clear but it is there. He has saved my life in more way than one. Iv given up cutting a few months back and am feeling a little better mental health wise. So thank you, you may never see this but that does not what you have done for me Harry. Thank you.

I've gone through very deep bouts of depression all of my life since I was a child, mainly from a deep fear of my mortality, and everyone/everything else. The concept of time gives me anxiety in one direction or another. On the other hand, its given me a profound ability to understand other people's plight, be deeply empathetic, and love that much deeper. So all isn't lost. I battle because I know its two sides of the same coin, one wouldn't mean anything without the other, you can apply that to everything. Please keep going, seek the truth, no matter what emotion it gives you. It's worth it, its the most important thing in this life, our journey. Seek your own truth, no one else's. People who are meant to understand you and be empathetic towards you will, don't ever concern yourself with anyone else that doesn't, its not meant for them to. it was pb first filmed in a studio and then, in a hole full of water with green/blue screen all around it. thats basically it. i went to the studio where they filmed lemonade and the underwater part was filmed like that, so its probably the same

Has anyone ever noticed how most of Harry's music videos have displayed some sort of distress? The Falling mv is about slowly getting overcome with so much emotion that you start to drown in it ,and he just keeps playing the piano, not seeing what is happening around him until it's too late. And then, when it drains out, he is panting really hard, showing that he is still in pain, but it's getting better. The adore you mv shows a boy who is different from others, and is so much of an outcast that he brings
himself to the water, and puts rocks in his pockets so he can, you know, sink. And then he meets the fish who is having the same problem as him, and
he realized that they need each-other. He saved the fish, and the fish saved him(in my opinion its Louis idk tho). Later when the fish leaves him, he follows, using his jar of screams from earlier
in the video to get his boat moving. He turned the negative in his life into a way to save himself and others. The Sign of the Times mv shows him flying, and when you connect it to the song,.you realize that he is flying because he is saying "it's time for you to go, don't worry, it will be okay".
