Why does a woman ignore you when you know she loves you? My name is Coach Adrian and let's find out.
I've been asked by a lot of male clients recently who are looking to get into a relationship with a woman that they love, who are wondering why a woman is hot and cold. They have a strong sense that this woman loves them but for some reason the woman is cold. The woman ignores them especially in public and they want to know why. What is the psychology behind that? Why would you ignore me if you have feelings for me ? I wanted to provide you with some insights in order for you to know what to do and to have answers.
The truth is that she's afraid to be vulnerable. she's afraid to reveal her feelings because it's overwhelming. Not many people know how to handle feelings and emotions. It's truly overwhelming and the more in love you are, usually the more out of control you feel. Over the years I've seen successful smart men and women who completely lose themselves and all of their abilities the more and more they fall in love. That's what's happening here. She's afraid to tip her hand because she's overwhelmed and that's a good thing.
What is happening here is that the strong emotions can make her feel self-conscious. She's in her own head and she needs your help to break out of it. Now I don't want you to be imagining things either. It's possible that the woman is just being cold with you because she doesn't really like you. But if you have a strong suspicion that she likes you, there's a reason for that and perhaps her attitude started to change gradually despite the fact that you stayed the same. Then you were still as nice and you were still as warm and all of a sudden now she's walking on eggshells around you and the truth of the matter is that if you have the proper perspective and you are not being led astray by your feelings and emotions, it's probably because she's insecure. Many women have a tendency of being so self-critical, they're amazing, and yet they don't see themselves that way. That's what's happening here.
I've also seen a case where a lot of women are afraid to appear too available because we live in a society where people feel like they have to play hard to get in order to achieve the results that they desire in love. Perhaps her friends are coaching her, to tell her to withdraw, to wait for you to make the move because women are "not supposed to talk to men." That's a stereotype I hope we will bust through Happily Committed. I believe that that's what's at play here. She's just trying not to appear to be too available. The bottom line is that if you have feelings for her too, I urge you to set the tempo, take the lead, take the initiative, invite her out, create an environment where you guys can connect, just the two of you and really live out this chase and this love story. The honeymoon phase of a relationship and the chase - as I like to refer to this period when you both have feelings for one another but are not yet committed - is one of the best periods of any relationship. It's a tremendous season of love because there are so many possibilities and yet nothing has been decided yet and so everything is on the table. Enjoy it for what it is. When I was a teen I liked this girl from church and she found out I liked her all of the sudden she started hidding from me I thought she didn't like me. Well years later my cousin told me so what happened to you and Diane? I said she didn't like me my cousin said that's not what she told me she told me she thinks your smart cute she likes you ( now he tells me) by this time I was over her.
My long distance girlfriend always tells me she loves me and how she can't wait to see me again. But everytime she goes out in the weekends either with family or friends, she ignores my texts and claims she left her phone at home or her purse. To me this makes no sense because hardly no one I know leaves their phone at home everytime.
She's dating someone else, and lying to you about it. She's keeping you as a backup if things don't work out. You are nothing more than a contingency plan.

Could be many reasons she's scared you will reject her. she's scared of her feelings for you. she's scared of being vulnerable to you only to get hurt right after because she dosent know if u feel the same. she's trying to manipulate you. Shes trying to get you to chase her. something you said or did upset her or hurt her feelings because she likes you. she's staring to fall harder for you and her feelings for you are overwhelming her when you're around her so she looks away as a attempt to hide and control her emotions. she's afraid of falling too hard for you. She's decided to stop the games because she's already taken and is doing the right thing by letting you move on before her feelings get too deep. this is if she already shown u plenty of signs of attraction then out of knowhere avoids looking at you if she never showed you signs of attraction but you have shown her signs of attraction then she starts ignoring you then she's clearly not interested. but if she's shown u plenty of signs before ignoring you then is any of the reasons above or multiple of the reasons above or all of them
And a bonus one this one is an unfortunate one but you will know if you have emotional intelligence and wisdom that comes with spiritual growth. She's realized that you have figured out her bad behaviors and insecurities she knows that u know she's narcassistic therefore bullet dodged gods protection so she's ignoring you because you have hurt her ego and she's either gonna leave you alone permanently (hopefully) or unfortunately desperately try to turn others against you and try to devalue your sense of self worth and self confidence or desperately make one final stretch of obsession over you the signs of attraction will intensify and she might even flat out tell you she wants you to try to make you fall in her trap this is narcassistic panic mode don't fall for it

@@Tmacpherson if she is giving you signs to draw you in but never makes an attempt to strike a conversation with you then she's just trying to manipulate and control you she's seeing you as a resource not love interest if she's truly interested she will atleast attempt to speak to you a few times for example I approached this girl that's been giving me signs of interest for a while she was waving in my direction during lunch break at the cafeteria so I figured why not approach her and ask if she waved at me as an opportunity to see if we could move things foward so I did and she said she was waving at the girls sitting infront of me even though none of them looked at her or even saw her waving. And then she said sorry in a rejection tone of voice u know that sorry women give when theyre rejecting somebody so at that point I knew she's just playing games and I'm not here for it so I left it at that months later today she's still fishing for my attention trying to make me jealous with other men and blatantly getting jealous when I receive attention and flirting from other women. These type of women are confused and a waste of time so don't fall for signs fall for actions never be a slave to any woman she will never respect you be masculine have self dignity and self respect and she will have no choice but to respect you even if her ego will still force her to hate on you deep down she respects you and is more attracted to you than ever destroy her ego then move on alot of women out here walking with inflated egos is up to us masculine men to bring them back down to reality

It's a defense mechanism for a insecure woman. if comes back she will come back stronger and better, if doesnt come back you dogged a bullet from a very toxic relationship.

What happened?
I need help, lol. I have this woman at my work that I am heads over heels for, but I have such a difficult time reading her, which is so strange to me because typically I’m very good at reading a woman’s body language.
So I use to catch her staring at me all the time, then one day she kind of stopped. She tends to be extremely quiet, but I noticed she seems to *somewhat* open up to me. Like she’ll look excited at first to talk to me, but right in the middle of the conversation she’ll look worried and rush off. It leaves me so confused, like does she like me or not? 😭 If she doesn’t like me then why try and engage in a conversation with me? I noticed that She also lowers her head and looks down whenever we run into each other. I get worried thinking that I might be making her uncomfortable somehow and that’s the last thing I want. I could have sworn I once saw her pupils dilate when we were talking, but I could be very wrong. She’s quick to go into work and leave quickly, I almost feel as if she’s avoiding me sometimes. So I try not to talk to her too much and I give her space, but just the other day she approached me to ask me how my day was going. So now, I am super confused, I once shook her hand and noticed how cold her hands were so I gave her a pack of hand-warmers. She seemed to REALLY like that gift, she smiled ear to ear and her eyes looked glossy and perhaps she was slightly blushing, but the other day when I asked her how they worked for her, she said she didn’t use them because it’s been warm.
Anyway, I narrowed it down to these things.
1) She does indeed like me, but is immensely shy and a nervous individual
2) She doesn’t like me, but is just being nice to me.
3) She doesn’t like me, but enjoys the attention I give her.
Truthfully, I have no clue, but I’m worried that I might be leading myself on if she doesn’t feel anything. I want to ask for her number to test the waters, but it’s so difficult to when she is always so quick. Anyone have any advice on how to approach this?

I think this is the case for myself: I am to old for her. She wants a younger guy that maybe also could become the father of her child. She does like me but does not really want to be with me since I because of age has become low status.

Back in October I asked my gym crush out and she said…Sorry I have a boyfriend and I replied that’s ok I totally understand but added I just felt a connection (probably shouldn’t of added that) Anyway seen her 4-5 times in gym since and she ignores me or pretends not to see me and one time turned her head when we passed almost to the point of being rude!
