Batman: rescue from Ra's Al Ghul. It has good Talia and Ra's figures, a good Robin, an AMAZING Batman. But a small cage, a staircase that leads to nowhere, an ok door, a buggy that looks like Batman doesn't even fit, and a weak excuse of a Lazarus Pit.
CutTheKragle I think the general grievous combat speeder is a very overpriced and boring set ,because it is just a boring speeder wich only has 2 springloaded shooters and 4 handle for grievous lightsaber to store. And Mace Winu is a very cool and new design that is one of the best of that character ever made In my opinion

I guess it’s a bad set with great Minifigures because it’s the same thing? But I guess that wouldn’t work, since it’s a good set? Idk.

I got the face off at the mine and honestly I would've preferred that Lego had made more than three black panther sets with one of them being a huge mine of vibranium with the same minifigures
The first thing that comes to mind was the Death Star they released a few years ago: There is nothing wrong with the set per say, other than the fact that it is basically the same as the previous Death Star with updated minifigs. At the time it was the only set with the new Han Solo hairpiece (which was long overdue) but there was really no other reason to buy the set (imo), especially if you had the previous death star. Even more so with the new Cloud City Set including an updated Han Solo figure with dual molded legs. It basically felt like LEGO was very aware that not many people would buy a set that was almost perfect the first time, so they updated the figs and threw in a new hairpiece to sweeten the deal: Mind you, the new hairpiece can be found in a lot of cheap sets today, so to me it feels like they tricked people into buying the new Death Star, and then a year later they just released what was exclusive in other sets.
I have The Ultimate Batmobile. It doesn’t look like what it is supposed to, and the wings on the Batmobile break off easily. The batbike was fun to build because it did ‘t have any stickers that would get stuck on my shirt for no reason. The batwing was very hard to build, because the wings would detach after putting a sticker on it.
They should just release packs of most to all of the mini figures in sets of 5 - 10 for around 8 to 16 bucks depending on how awesome the mini figures are
Also, number five is literally my favorite set.. it’s cool to think about the “4 for 1” idea and the vehicles don’t quite stink either. And your “mess” idea makes sense.. but it’s supposed to be a funny kids movie and it’s technically allowed to look like that

The ultimate batmobile is supposed to be all cluttered and ridiculous, because it fits the aesthetic of the movie. The Mos Eisley cantina is pretty awesome too - the spaceship thing is cool and the cantina looks good on the inside and out.

The most frustrating thing about LEGO is the two words that scream "toy marketing is key" in your face. And two words happen to be "KID-FRIENDLY". It's why most superhero sets have tacky vehicles that have nothing to do with the comics and/or movies. Heck, it's the reason why the new theme "Hidden side" uses phones, so-called "gadgets" to help catch ghosts, and a set of a school-bus that also happens to have something that looks like a machine gun on top of it. It's to attract kids into buying their sets. But yet, LEGO's manages to fill our imagination, no matter the cost...

the spider-man rescue is made for the minifigures and not the viehicles. the only reason there are viehicles is because of action figure copy right claims

Yeah, I buy a lot of set these days "just for the figs". Shameful, really. I'd buy them all on Bricklink instead but, with the price-gouging on there now, plus the cost of shipping, you might as well just purchase the whole set and sell off/give away the parts you don't want.
It’s quite fortunate we have a Figure Planet site and store located in the UK, mate. Because whichever Minifigure you want, they’ll have it. They’ll even have Minifigures that weren’t released by Lego or aren’t Lego property at all! Like that Lego like brand of the Pokémon with Ash, Misty, Paul and Serena with some of the Lego versions of the Pokémon.
Jason Todd did show up for some reason as the Joker Redhood minifig from the first LEGO Batman Movie blind bag series. Though this was just the head under his red hood
Ok, this set wasn't out at the time of this video, but the Kantana 4x4 is abysmal! The vehicle is TRASH! But.... The Nya FS and Char Minifigures are BEAUTIFUL! So are th Pyro Snakes and Kai in his regular outfit.
I don't think the Black Panther set belongs here. Black Panther and Killmonger both have no leg or ear printing, and Black Panther has the wrong color highlights. Okoye is just fine I guess. Lego shouldn't have sets where all minifigures have unprinted black legs though
I’ve got the 2014 cantina (masterpiece) and actually purchased the 2018 one as well. I actually love it, really fun build and the white vehicle thingy is nice as it’s something new and finally a bartender! Nice little set imo

Yeah, I buy a lot of set these days "just for the figs". Shameful, really. I'd buy them all on Bricklink instead but, with the price-gouging on there now, plus the cost of shipping, you might as well just purchase the whole set and sell off/give away the parts you don't want.
@@Ogre6972 what i do is take the figures and dump the rest in my 3x4x2 ft lego box of just parts
The Ultimate Batmobile was AWESOME, and that set was like half price on clearance for a while at Wal-Mart.
Pause at 9:19 nightmare fuel
Your list is perfect 1 to 10 agree,
👍👍👍👌👌👌
Thanks! :-)
I agree!
Now do a reverse and do the 10 best sets with horrible figures.
Great idea!
I’m gonna be honest I got the hulk set and I’ve never touched the vehicles they sit hidden behind the aim base and construction site
I don't think the Black Panther set belongs here. Black Panther and Killmonger both have no leg or ear printing, and Black Panther has the wrong color highlights. Okoye is just fine I guess. Lego shouldn't have sets where all minifigures have unprinted black legs though
That's an interesting point. I hadn't picked up on the highlights for T'Challa being the wrong colour. They should be purple right?

Next up: Top 10 worst mini figures with great sets
I whole hearted disagree with you. I love the builds in all of those sets.
I’ve got the 2014 cantina (masterpiece) and actually purchased the 2018 one as well. I actually love it, really fun build and the white vehicle thingy is nice as it’s something new and finally a bartender! Nice little set imo
I was going to buy the sewer smash set just for the red hood character but in the end I just bought a custom one on amazon for 5USD
They need to do a Sp//dr set. I don’t care if it’s the movie version or not, I just want it.
That would be cool!
First rime I’ve seen that Mos Eisley set, but the ship is a rad inclusion! It’s the ship parked outside the bar in the movie. Such deep fan service. I love it!
You could buy the Batmobile for the wizard of oz figures... or you could steal them off your brother when he buys it (like my sister did)
The mos eisley cantina was really terrible. A year later I scrapped mine for a geonosis moc I’m still planning on.
Would love to see that MOC!
@@CutTheKragle like I said I'm still working on it
Cut the Krangle- “these builds are so ugly it hurts my eyes to look at!”
Me- “bro you gotta get your eyes checked!!”
Dude the Batmobile is such a sick set
Do great sets but bad minifigures
I plan to! :-)
