Great video, it would be intresting to see if you had everything else dialed in to see if you get that extra bit of data. But anecdotally from what your saying it must be beneficial and improved clarity in decision making and fatigue is a huge benefit when your making a lot of stressful decisions daily.
Thanks Kayne! I actually forgot to mention I didn't consume any caffeine during the 10 weeks to avoid it interfering with HRV. Certainly worth a try, you might respond better to the protocol than I did
