    Great video, it would be intresting to see if you had everything else dialed in to see if you get that extra bit of data. But anecdotally from what your saying it must be beneficial and improved clarity in decision making and fatigue is a huge benefit when your making a lot of stressful decisions daily.

      Thanks Kayne! I actually forgot to mention I didn't consume any caffeine during the 10 weeks to avoid it interfering with HRV. Certainly worth a try, you might respond better to the protocol than I did

    so is this about being an online personal trainer or about ordinary people using HRV breathing to benefit our health?
    There is a book called Heart Breath Mind, by Dr. Leah Legos for people who want to teach themselves the breathing and also free articles online about it.

      Hey - yep, great book! that's the protocol I'm following here, excellent primer on HRV with the full protocol.
      Anyone can follow her approach, but the majority of this channel's audience is online personal trainers :)

      I think Yusef's approach is being real and relatable whilst undergoing experiments for the regular person taking on perceived health benefits. It's got me curious now to give it a shout
