Yo, so many people forget about this band but this is legit one the greatest extreme metal albums ever made. Rudy x3 is fucking killer too. It's a disservice to music they broke up
Alex Erian from Despised Icon and Obey The Brave is also featured in this song. He has the more hardcore ish mids that starts with the "the alpha the omega" lyric in this song. He's a great vocalist as well.
Alex needs more credit honestly. The Canadian Tech Death scene made GANG VOCALS a thing in the early 2000's so.... Despised Icon. Beneath The Massacre. Ion Dissonance. All those guys made GANG Vocals legit.
I always remember the weird era of metalcore with Tony Danza, iwrestledabearonce, Ion Dissonance, The Red Chord, and even Dillinger Escape Plan was in that. Weird mathcore with tons of violence.
Danza were kings man. I'd highly recommend Rudy X3, Vicky Mayhem, Yippy-kay-Yay motherfucker, but honestly Danza II through Danza IIII are chaotic perfection.
If you like this, you should definitely react to the band "Frontierer", they play a similarly chaotic style of downtuned mathcore and they're local to me in Scotland!
Those eyes and Canadian Bacon and alpha/omega are my favorite tracks in the album. This track here had guests vocalists hence the drastic change in style and instrumentation each tone they were introduced. The lead from despised icon and the white chapel is what made me discover this band
This album was my first experience with them and it absolutely blew me away. But people swore up and down that their earlier stuff was better blah blah blah which don't get me wrong, their earlier stuff is cool too, but theres just something about this album that hit me differently. Anyway, love this new fun, experimental side of the channel, hope you keep it up when metal babe come back.
Did you know the guitarist from this band is in Emmure. When I use to see them live the crowd would chant “Tony Danza”. I use to just stare at the guitarist when they played. He is so technical, and especially being a 4 piece band. Check out there song Yippie-Kay-Yay Mother
You gotta check out "You Won't" on this album. The breakdown in the middle of the song has the most disgusting dissonant noise I've ever heard a guitar make, and it's an underrated highlight in the history of all metal.
saw them live in Rochester, NY back in 2005 i think. not only did they give an amazing show, the crowd encored them for an additional half hour and they came back on several times to make us happy. i was lucky enough to meet Layne at their merch booth, really nice guy. great band.
Thanks bud ; ) Fun Fact: Josh wrote all of the instrumentals for this album. Also, i'd consider Danza to be a mashup of Mathcore and Deathcore. For some other tunes i'd suggest: -Behind Those Eyes -Rudy X3 -This Is Forever -Paul Bunyan and the Blue Ox ( all Josh Travis) -Yippie-Kay-Yay Motherf@#$% -The Lost and The Damned -Don't Try This at Home
Great job recommending them. I remember first hearing them as a local band while I was at MTSU. I couldn't believe how brutal they were. Definitely wish they were still around.
Was able to hang out with these guys a few times since they were from my neck of the woods and they were great guys. Damn shame they aren't making music anymore. One of my favorite bands of all time.
I was expecting a tap dance performance and I got a tap dance performance. You never let ya down! On a side note- poor Corazon in the poll. I suggested it but had to betray to make my vote count towards a different song :*( haha.
Check out Ion Dissonance, another Canadian mathcore band! The song "This Is The Last Time I Repeat Myself" is a fucking rager. They're like if War From A Harlots Mouth and Tony Danza fused.
This album has some top tier gym music. You Won't (one of the most aggressive songs I know), Behind Those Eyes, Canadian Bacon the djenty madness of those Paul Bunyan and the Blue Ox songs are my other favourites.
I'm gonna be honest until 4:35 I was not impressed, however that synth section woke me up hard!! I wish they had expanded on that and made it a little longer.
If you like Josh Travis style guitar craziness then check out berried alive, he's insane enough on his own but he's done 3 collab songs with josh, Round 1, Round 2 and Surgery on a Grape, and check out some of his solo stuff too, Armed Strobbery and Dingleberries will make never want to pick up a guitar again.
Your tap dance "hops" were clean man 😂. I feel the same way about the song man. I last heard it a few years back and didn't like it too much, but after getting into some heavier music, this song unexpectedly slapped my tits
Rudy x3 and Yippie-Kay-Yay Mother!@#$%^ are both bangers. Not as much weird stuff in them. This is kinda their weird track. All the others are just relentless, mid-2000s grincorey / metalcory savage goodness.
My name isn't in the credits! Lol, its no biggie though. Sometime you should check out Surrounded by Monsters! They're similar to IWABO (and I think Mikey (Or maybe it was Ricky..) from IWABO used to be in SBM)
Haha I update it on the 1st of every month because of the people that sign up and drop off. But I should make a note about it though for you guys, I’ll do that now!
What about Ion Dissonance?! TTDTE was wayyyyyyyyy before Phil even came along (no hate bro I loved playing shows with you in Huntsville/Nashville) The best Danza song is Yippie Ki ya MF and Ion Dissonance is "This is the last time I repeat myself" Also very good friends with all of the guys of Danza and saw them many times in the southeast
I think the fans just chant “DAN-ZA” at shows but I believe they weren’t a touring band when this album dropped and wasn’t this whole album a solo effort love letter goodbye from this band?
I think I've lost it... also I have shit in my beard, whoops.
yeah youre gone
You need to listen to "Visions" by Fractalize. Think of it like COSMIC THALL.
Yo, so many people forget about this band but this is legit one the greatest extreme metal albums ever made. Rudy x3 is fucking killer too. It's a disservice to music they broke up
Facts! 🙌🏻
Yessir. I think the vocalist is a cop now or some shit
As much as I love that Travis some what resurrected Emmure, I would still rather have more Danza.
So true. Bands break up all the time but this one hurts the most! Would love another show. Under appreciated!
Couldn't agree more. We need a Danza III reunion tour!!!
Alex Erian from Despised Icon and Obey The Brave is also featured in this song. He has the more hardcore ish mids that starts with the "the alpha the omega" lyric in this song. He's a great vocalist as well.
I knew I heard Alex’s vocals, very very distinguishable sound
Alex needs more credit honestly. The Canadian Tech Death scene made GANG VOCALS a thing in the early 2000's so.... Despised Icon. Beneath The Massacre. Ion Dissonance. All those guys made GANG Vocals legit.
Fun fact: Josh Travis recorded all of the instrumentals for this album. Guitar, bass, and drums.
I always remember the weird era of metalcore with Tony Danza, iwrestledabearonce, Ion Dissonance, The Red Chord, and even Dillinger Escape Plan was in that. Weird mathcore with tons of violence.
Phil Bozeman kills this so hard.
Check out False Gods by Distant!
That tap dancing was really impressive, bro. Good job.
Thanks man, it’s a work in progress
Danza were kings man. I'd highly recommend Rudy X3, Vicky Mayhem, Yippy-kay-Yay motherfucker, but honestly Danza II through Danza IIII are chaotic perfection.
Metal babe was really keeping you together wasn’t she? Haha I like the new edits man keep it up
If you like this, you should definitely react to the band "Frontierer", they play a similarly chaotic style of downtuned mathcore and they're local to me in Scotland!
man after hearing A Dark Orbit (with Chad on vocals) I thought I was ready for Frontierer and then they melted my damn face off
Yeah I found Frontierer last year. I love bunsen. Great chaotic band
Another band Chad Kapper is in is When Knives Go Skyward, definitley in a similar vein
Been following them from here in the States since Orange Mathematics, I am super jealous they play so many shows over there 😅
Those eyes and Canadian Bacon and alpha/omega are my favorite tracks in the album. This track here had guests vocalists hence the drastic change in style and instrumentation each tone they were introduced. The lead from despised icon and the white chapel is what made me discover this band
This album was my first experience with them and it absolutely blew me away. Anyway, love this new fun, experimental side of the channel, hope you keep it up when metal babe come back.
Behind Those Eyes is one you should check out...first track on this album. Paul Bunyan and the Blue Ox is a cool instrumental song too.
“Behind those eyes” off the same album is nasty. The ending is apocalypticly heavy. Trust me. Just do it.
Did you hear that?
@@chuletajones6833 Hear what?
@@JaxWayne shush, you didn't hear that??
Did you know the guitarist from this band is in Emmure. When I use to see them live the crowd would chant “Tony Danza”. I use to just stare at the guitarist when they played. He is so technical, and especially being a 4 piece band. Check out there song Yippie-Kay-Yay Mother
Holy shit...
Thanks dude for just introducing me to them!
"I like the keyboard in the background" bruh it's all guitar 😀
Josh is a madman
You gotta check out "You Won't" on this album. The breakdown in the middle of the song has the most disgusting dissonant noise I've ever heard a guitar make, and it's an underrated highlight in the history of all metal.
And the end breakdown.. one of the nastiest in all of metal IMO
These latest intros almost make up for the loss of MetalBabe on the channel!
i died with the tapdance part lmaooooooo, also what a banger of a song! TTDTE was amazing
Criminally underrated band. Loved them since the first album. Their guitarist is now with Emmure
Fits perfectly with emmure imo
I used to live close to these guys in Murfreesboro. They were a blast. Amazing people, insane music. They had epic parties too.
I first heard of them while at MTSU back in the day (around 15 years ago, damn). Always wished they got more recognition.
These intros are actually quite entertaining. You're doing well to compensate
saw them live in Rochester, NY back in 2005 i think. not only did they give an amazing show, the crowd encored them for an additional half hour and they came back on several times to make us happy. i was lucky enough to meet Layne at their merch booth, really nice guy. great band.
and their older stuff is way better. this is not the benchmark for them
Thanks bud ; )
Fun Fact: Josh wrote all of the instrumentals for this album. Also, i'd consider Danza to be a mashup of Mathcore and Deathcore.
For some other tunes i'd suggest:
-Behind Those Eyes
-Rudy X3
-This Is Forever
-Paul Bunyan and the Blue Ox ( all Josh Travis)
-Yippie-Kay-Yay Motherf@#$%
-The Lost and The Damned
-Don't Try This at Home
Great job recommending them. I remember first hearing them as a local band while I was at MTSU. I couldn't believe how brutal they were. Definitely wish they were still around.
Danza 4 is one of my all time favourite "heavy" albums
Tony Danza is one of the coolest groups! So sad they’re not together anymore.
have you checked frontierer yet? they also do similar stuff
That tapdance bit 😂 😂
I'm happy you checked them out. Amazing band
Fell in love in 2012. Please make more. Tell a buddy, bring a friend. DANZA!!
I've been hoping day by say Joshua will do something Tony Danza style to this day. To this day no band hits as hard for me
Fucking finally! Do more Danza, without feature vocals.
Check out Ion Dissonance, another Canadian mathcore band!
The song "This Is The Last Time I Repeat Myself" is a fucking rager. They're like if War From A Harlots Mouth and Tony Danza fused.
That's not keyboard in the background. That's Joshua Travis.
Keep up the awesome content man your killing it 🤘
You losing it has been pretty entertaining so far so don't stop now! Hahaha, glad you enjoyed!
Killing the tap dance game brotha!!! Lol,dude Phil's lows in this song was so damn brutal!!!
Hahahaha Bro!! You crack me up!! You've lost it without Metalbabe. Buuut I dig it! Haha
Gutturals were Phil Bozeman, who absolutely LAYS WASTE to this song.
Absolutely insane album deserves to be known as a classic
React to Beneath the Massacre - Treacherous. One of the best, heaviest and most brutal underated bands from the scene
I've literally loved this band since before anyone I knew heard of them. Fucking sucks they're done.
Now you've got more time. Best wishes to Metalbabe.
But yeah check out Krosis - To Persist or Adhere! Such a great band and track
This album has some top tier gym music. You Won't (one of the most aggressive songs I know), Behind Those Eyes, Canadian Bacon the djenty madness of those Paul Bunyan and the Blue Ox songs are my other favourites.
This is groovy mathcore friend. Danza 4 has a lot of groove going on. Their other albums are just straight up mathcore. Hella extreme.
You killed that tapdancing 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
Yes! Finally! Love Tony Danza....Listen to anything off Danza III. It will rock your world.
Surprised no one has mentioned the song death eater on this album. That is the heaviest song on this album.
Danza, Whitechapel, and Despised Icon all on the same track. You really can't ask for more than that.
I named it Bopcore a long time ago, Danza is my favorite!
sweet shoutout to Glasscloud.
Love me some Danza. Is a reaction to Misery Signals - River King still coming?
I forgot how good this song was. Its been forever since I heard it.
DANZA GETS THAT 2 STEP PUMP!
He did it boys...he did it!
If you liked this, should definitely check out Frontierer and Sectioned (I think they have same guitarist). Definitely some crazy shit.
Phil Bozeman will always be one of my top death metal vocalist
Try Carroll 14 Wossman 7
Check out The Wise Man's Fear- Firefall feat Sean from Make Them Suffer.
yooooooooooooo instantly checking this out after, ive been on a massive mts kick since their new album dropped
Yessss!! You gotta check out Yippie- Kay- Yay Mother$%?! Definitely my favorite from Danza.
Behind those eyes is a great song from danza
Your tap dance "hops" were clean man 😂. I feel the same way about the song man. I last heard it a few years back and didn't like it too much, but after getting into some heavier music, this song unexpectedly slapped my tits
I think their sound fits more into mathcore... You should definitely listen to the whole danza 4 album... It's a masterpiece from start to finish...
Still one of the heaviest songs to exist
You gotta check out Emmure - Thunder Mouth. Off their latest album and I think it's the best track on there.
Ok now you have to tap dance when you really enjoy a part of a song, so we know it's real :)
This band kind of remind me of I, Valience
Tdte was so f’n heavy and gritty got dayum!
So basically you're going out of your god damn mind? Lmao. Intros been hilarious lately. MetalBirb - Metalbabe = MetalClown? Lol keep it up
Album was 🔥.. miss them. React to Thunder Mouth by Emmure off new album or Trash Folder.
Yessss, this track fucking S L A P S
Rudy x3 and Yippie-Kay-Yay Mother!@#$%^ are both bangers. Not as much weird stuff in them. This is kinda their weird track. All the others are just relentless, mid-2000s grincorey / metalcory savage goodness.
Definitely check out Rudy X 3. It’s probably my favorite song by them.
Nile - Lashed To The Slave Stick
You should react to grotesque by dealer next the breakdown fucking heavy🔥 btw love the Chanel
PAUL BUNYAN AND THE BLUE OX

You gotta check out Suicide Silence - Unanswered ft Phil Bozeman
What about Ion Dissonance?! TTDTE was wayyyyyyyyy before Phil even came along (no hate bro I loved playing shows with you in Huntsville/Nashville) The best Danza song is Yippie Ki ya MF and Ion Dissonance is "This is the last time I repeat myself" Also very good friends with all of the guys of Danza and saw them many times in the southeast
This one and Rudy x3
Oh man, please come tap dance at my wedding birb!
You got it man!
Good old grindcore!!
I think the fans just chant “DAN-ZA” at shows but I believe they weren’t a touring band when this album dropped and wasn’t this whole album a solo effort love letter goodbye from this band?
