Do the buttons not scratch the iPad? I think I can hear it rubbing when you insert the iPad into the case. Thanks
excellent video the only thing i would change in the design are the bottons because they could scratch the screen
Thank you so much for your comment. Regarding the bottons, your observation is totally true. In this case I decided to use them just because the iPad has always a cover on, otherwise I would have opted for something else:)
Great video mate. I wonder, what are the stiching irons that you are using? Also, this oddly looks a lot like maya leather?
Hi, thank you very much for your comment! The stitching irons I use in this video are just a basic set, which btw I'm planning to upgrade. The leather I use is Badalassi Pueblo (cognac)
Really nice 👍. Does the pencil go in the pocket? I bet if I dust off my slide-rule I can shrink the pattern down to ipad mini size… thanks for sharing!

With this pattern the Apple Pen goes into the pocket along with an iPhone or another smartphone of similar size. I don't know what happens if you reduce the dimensions, but I think it could work! (or, in alternative, you can keep the current size of the front pocket and only scale-down the rest)

What’s the white adhesive you use, anything special, or just pva?
It's a water-based glue called Ecostick 1816B

It may help you in the long run replying to everyone who asks what is the glue what leather…
I know some guys have a Amazon link and they get a percentage of $ might be good to look into
Although looks like a lot of you’re stuff is custom made by you .
They are all great advises, I'll definetely do it (even though, as you said, some of the things I use are homemade).
For the hole punch, unfortunately I don't know the name of the brand, I found it among my father's tools.
