hi villa, i personally prefer the sound quality without the headphones. i went between the no talking and soft spoken versions of one of your recent videos and thought the trigger sounds were much better with your regular mic. thank you for all your hard work and i will still be supporting no matter which audio set up you choose! (also love the dim/low light)

i seem to be in the minority but i rarely watch the soft spoken anymore because i just can't hear the tapping as intensely without the zoom mic :/ but i know lots of people like this way better. maybe you could do both ways? i never had trouble hearing your voice before!
I agree with this 100%. Soft spoken is my favorite, but I can't hear it with this mic she's been using.

Tbh I always have to turn my volume all the way up when you wear the earphones to hear the item sounds but i get more tingles with movements not sounds so I don’t really mind lol. Also, thank you villa for helping us all sleep

If you want ideas for lighting, I think Annura from Annura's ASMR uses a filter over her videos in an editor or something...it makes for a very nice darker screen without making things too dim. Hopefully this helps! :)
