Had mine for going on 3 years. Have deck, how, auger and a tow behind Agra-fab leaf vacuum.
Bend the front bucket control arm so it sticks straight up about in the Middle. First remove from valve control body though. Screws that secure the control arm base to the pins come loose from vibration. Check frequently. Pins under control arm connecting to valves can sheer easily. So go easy.
Plastic lights- caution and brake, are easily broken.

The engine on Branson /tym is second to none. I just bought a 2205. Have 1.5 hrs on it. Loader and tiller. Wish it had a seat belt

Are you sure it doesn't? My seat belt was wrapped up and tucked under the fenders under the seat.

I bought my 2205h last year... Surprised me some of the things it COULD handle... Leveled and graded a 30'x40' plot for my barn to within 1" of level from 3' of slope over the diagonal (Of course it also took me all of 3 weeks working every day to do it!)... That being said.. I wish I had gone bigger... The 2205 is a nice little tractor but that's the problem. It's little... It just can't handle things I wish it could. It doesn't have the umph to handle what I consider small jobs. The backhoe can't pull a 4" gum tree stump without digging a 3' hole 18" deep around it... It bogs down when back blading up even the slightest hill in reverse... And Driving on a 2% grade feels like it wants to roll over, which will scare the hell out of you. The bucket blade is flimsy and though it says there is an 800+ lb lift capacity, it doesn't have the breakout force to take a full bucket of gravel without bogging... Truth is, it just doesn't have enough weight to it... Yeah, it will do a lot for its size... But in retrospect, I should have gone with a 30 or 35 series... But my biggest complaint... No third function on the front loader... and the kit for adding a 3rd function is $$$$....JMO

After attempting some very similar feats, I tend to agree. For me though, despite having work for it that would be easier to do with a larger tractor I just don't have the storage space right now for anything bigger. That and my wife would kill me if I upgraded anytime soon.

Was trying to buy this one but find out it's not supporting mid or front pto for snowblowet or mid mower.

Hi, I just purchased the 2205H getting delivered this week. Where did you get the piranha bar for the bucket, and what size is it to fit the BL92S
    Thanks

Great video. I have 4 acres that grows a foot every 1.5-2 weeks. Do you think this thing could handle a 4 ft bushhog

No you need 5hp per foot roughly so you'd at least need 20 hp at the pto. I have a 4ft on my bx2680 and it's barely enough machine. I think it's 19 pto HP. Its 26HP

I don't want to disagree with the other answer, but I think it needs modification. Any tractor can do any job, but the sacrifice you make is speed aka the time spent on the job. This can operate a 4ft brush hog, but you may not be able to cruise along at 5mph and hack everything down. It may be more comfortable at 2 to 3 mph.

@@dadcandothat7910 3mp would be fine. Right now I’m cutting the 4 acre field with a riding lawnmower and it takes me 6 hours. Anything beats what I’m currently doing. I live 30 minutes from a Branson dealer that offers free lifetime warranty

I mean if you want the hog that's fine, but compared to a brush hog a flail will mulch and leave a moderately cleaner cut. Not sure if Branson has one in the catalog.

How did you mount the hooks on top of the bucket, just drill and mount?

    • @dadcandothat7910
      @dadcandothat7910  Рік тому

Yeah, I drilled as centrally as possible with a step bit, used some grade 8s I think and that was it

Did you get the 48” piranha bar?

I did, best thing I got for the tractor so far. Especially with having clay soil.
