Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) said: “If a person sees something that he likes, and he fears envy (hasad ) or the evil eye, he should say: Ma sha Allah tabarakAllah, so that the thing looked at will not be affected by the evil eye. Similarly, if a person sees something that he likes in his own wealth, he should say, “Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah,” lest he admire himself and feel proud of this wealth that he admired. So if he says, “Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah,” he will have acknowledged that the source of this blessing is Allah, may He be blessed and exalted.” (Fatawa Nur ‘ala ad-Darb) He also said: “The best, if someone fears that he may have affected someone else with the evil eye because he liked or admired him, is for him to say: Tabarak Allahu ‘alayka (may Allah bless it for you), because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said to the man who affected his brother with the evil eye: “Why did you not pray for blessing for him?” With regard to saying “Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah,” this should be said by the one who admires his own wealth or property, as the owner of the garden said to his companion: {And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah} [al-Kahf 18:39].” Shaykh Muhammed Salih al-Munajjid said: "If someone fears that he may have affected someone else with the evil eye because he liked or admired him, he should say say: Barak Allahu laka or ‘alayk" Conclusion: To protect others from yourself Barak Allahu laka or Barak Allahu 'alayk or Ma sha Allah tabarakAllah or Tabarak Allahu ‘alayka For yourself Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah

Being a born Muslim, a practicing Muslim since I opened my eyes, earning a generous amount of money at age 24, looking handsome so much that I gain attention from misguided Muslim women all the time, and I have to proactively run from them, and I have been actively looking for a wife like the one you got, and I still can't find a Hafiz, Niqabi Alimah. And I don't even look for beauty at all. Yet, I haven't been able to KNOW about a single Muslim woman who is a Hafiz, an Alimah, and a Niqabi. I believe some say that we should not have "confidence" because this is linked to arrogance and all power comes from Allah SWT. Can you please expand / make a video with Islamic sources InshaAllah
Arrogance and confidence is not the same thing. Are you confident you can walk? Yes? So you are arrogant? It’s not black and white; everything is about your niyyah so as long as that’s okay it’s all good
in my country girls usually marry at age 15-20,I'm born as Muslim at 22yo feeling like I lost all hopes of getting married since I'm considered as "old" , I don't mind having revert husband, but my father would completely be against that
Than you need to teach your father about the ways of Islam and not his own desires, if you find a good man he should not go against that. You aren’t old at all, you have time.
Here's my feedback on your 7 points. It is a positive critique, please take it for the benefit only. Jazak Allah Khair: 1. Confidence: Only in case of being an independent Muslim man who does not depend on his parents. Otherwise, one should really not have that much confidence in themselves, but in the help of Allah they should rely completely. Their confidence should be in Allah's mercy, not their own capabilities. For example, asking other people for Mashwara, and relying on other people to help you craft your decision, does not make you less confident. Similarly, being confident in your future because of your own capabilities is WRONG. Instead, you should be confident in your future because of your belief in Allah SWT that He will take care of you. 2. Deen: Have Deen but never show off. Pray and fast more than the Fard requirements, but try to hide it from other people. Don't let anyone know about your excessiveness in Deen. Because if you are doing it only for Allah, you will need your intentions to be pure. If other people know about your efforts in Deen, there is a fear of your intentions getting polluted by the thoughts of showing off. 3. Kind and Gentle: I 100% agree with your point, and I will add one more. Be extra loving, extra caring, extra generous with your wife, to a point where she feels spoiled. If she is a good wife, she will reciprocate it by showing you extra love and creating more opportunities for you to get closer to Allah. 4. Gym: It is great to be physically strong, but going gym to look beautiful? Nope. As it is in Ahadith, a strong believer is better than a weak believer. But it is never the case that a handsome believer is better than an ugly one, or a fat one. So, your intention should be that you are becoming strong to please Allah, and not going to gym to impress your future Muslim wife. 5. Mental fitness: This is a basic requirement for all Muslim men. But I don't know why you shifted mental fitness toward mental shrewdness. Mental fitness is being content all the time, never getting angry or throwing your emotions. Mental fitness is never letting yourself be in a state where you can't make decisions. But quickness of mind? Studying? Those are to increase your mental capabilities. This is not required as a basic requirement. 6. Communication: Not required as a basic requirement for a Muslim man to be a good Muslim husband. 7. Adaptability: Basic requirement for all humans. May Allah forgive us all. Ameen!
When you say « you should be persistent » are you talking about the actual married life? Or about when asking for her hand? And what is the actual level of persistence and actions that you mean when you’re using this word? Jazak Allahu khairan brother
Persistent until she clearly says “ no, I don’t want to be with you “ to you and she doesn’t give you any attention. Otherwise she’s probably just shy or scared or something like that Bcs it’s new for her and a huge step. She will show if she’s interested in you or not. Also after marriage you have to be way more persistent because woman are emotional and say crazy things sometimes, you ignore it and show them you love them and will take care of them and won’t leave them. Once they are in a normal state again they will realise what they said was wrong and come back to you happy and Inlove

Please take the word REVERT in the title. It doesn't help that women are already being too picky and the vast majority are remaining unmarried. The advice of our prophet (pbuh) is to encourage marriage generally. I already know of some horror stories in the community where they married a revert and he proved dishonest or left for another religion. Those women left Islam as a consequence. This is one of the great fitnas of our times.
@@samia6888 exactly especially if you want to do something like I did and marry into a good Muslim family, this video is showing everyone it’s possible, always work on yourself and never give up
Salam Alaikum. It's not just a problem with women. There are many brothers who don't provide, don't grow a beard, don't have the needed skills to be a Muslim husband. So, there's issues on both sides.
This is the latest trend. Many Muslim women want to marry ONLY Reverts. Only Allah knows their intentions. Some even left their husbands to find 'reverts'. Wallahi there are many true stories of deception, lives being ruined and women and their children leaving Islam. If you want I can detail the ones I know about.
I don't wan't to sound evil akhi, but you shouldn't show your wive on the first place her hands are her awrah and as an hafiz/alim she should know this and than with nailpolish on them and the ring on her hand witch is clearly a form of decoration a woman is only supposed to beautifie herself for her husband a dayouth is not going to smell the scent of jannah even dough it's scent goes so wide Akhi you should delete this video and upload it with another picture on it as a man you are not supposed to wear a wedding ring only women wear a ring cuz this is a act of the kuffar May Allah bless you Ameen
@AkhiNuh salam akhi, don't think that you are educated just because you are married to a hafiza because it seems that she should read the tafseer from the Quran that she is a hafiz of as I mentioned I my previous commen you must delte the tumbnail cuz if you're wive is wearing niqqab why you post a pic where non mahrams can see her chin, forehead and cheak and you don't need to mention that your wife is beautiful and still also "just henna,, is beautifying hands and clearly you have to wear gloves if you have henna on them and yes the Prophet s.a.w used to wear rings with the black stone or else but this wasn't a wedding ring the way you wear it and you are going to have a sin for every man seeing the tumbnail if you don't remove it and make tawbah a man isn't supposed to show his wife even if she is dressed the Islamic modest way!! akhi don't think that you know everything the sahaba where learning they're whole life and still they didn't knew everything I'm going to leave at like this cuz the prophet Mohammed s.a.w said whoever leaves a fight knowing that he is in the right is going to be assured of a palm tree in jannah and still yawm al qiyama is us assured May Allah forgive you and guide the both of you Ameen 🤲🏽
With all due respect it's still a lack of gheerah. A man with gheerah hides his wife from peoples eyes even if she's covered up (to the best of his ability). Khayr in shaa Allah.
She didn’t reject me akhi, she was just shy and scared of the commitment she wanted to push me away but that because she’s a woman and she’s very emotional. If she rejects you, you leave. If she actually likes you and gets emotional sometimes and tries to push you away it’s your job to fight for the relationship. She will appreciate it.
@@AkhiNuh ok jazakAllahu khairan, also I’m a sister I’m just here taking notes from your wife because I’ve had to reject men and I thought there was something wrong with me this whole time! she’s a true inspiration for me as a Muslim woman because I don’t want to marry down if you know what I mean. Brother how do you even find a woman like this in this day and age, it is rare. Even in the mosques i did not find Please can you help me on this I am also trying to become the best man possible
It's because you are trying to become the best man, they end up getting the best man because they are the best woman. They have already reached it, you have to reach yours first.
you said that she rejected you multiple times ? Why persist ? If she doesn't want you, then isn't that a sign to stop it ? Just trying to understand, not trying to do fitnah.
She didn’t reject me at all, she was just shy and scared to go for a marriage even tho she liked me. If she doesn’t like you obv you shouldn’t keep going but otherwise you shouldn’t give up so easily, even after marriage you always still need to do the same
@Asim-nm1bc, brother she did not reject him. We all know that she is more than happy to marry him because he is WHITE. Sisters will pass up a black convert (like myself) over a white convert Muslim. Even with less Islamic knowledge, akidha and Iman.
Awww we have a victim over here, grow up akhi and better yourself. You are complaining in a comment section under my video, that’s why you are single… you being black has nothing to do with it
She married you because you are Chad. Simple. Handsome, tall, in ok shape and for extra bonus points you have good skin. Masha'Allah and congrats but lets be real please brother
Umm? He’s not a chad. Chad is big built slick guy. Who is very charming in flirting and all the girls are in awe of him for his playa like vibes and giggle around him. This man is a man of Deen, better than a chad and not flirty type. Allahumma Barik.
Because being hadiz or alim doesn’t mean you will be a good husband and it doesn’t mean you have good Deen, it simply means you know what you are supposed to do, doesn’t mean you will actually do it
@@hellokitty10117 Islam has not made keeping beard an obligatory part of the religion. It is simply a matter of individual choice. It is important to bear in mind that the authentic source of Islamic teachings is the Quran authentic Hadith; not the cultural practices of Muslims. Let me explain in detail. The Sunnah of the Prophet has two parts: one pertains to what the Prophet did and the other pertains to what the Prophet asked the believers to practice. As per a tradition, the Prophet said to the believers, ‘Do the opposite of what the non-believers do; keep the beards and cut the moustaches short.' (Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith no 5892) Trim the moustache, and grow beard, and thus act against the fire-worshippers. (Sahih Muslim Hadith no 260) In saying the above, Prophet did not make it obligatory to keep the beard. Instead he said this to discourage believers from imitating the aristocrats in appearance and being identifiable as apart from them. This philosophy also holds today. Muslims are discouraged by Islam to have aristocratic appearances or imitate clothing that displays one’s pride. In the old Arab tradition, every individual used to keep a beard, including the Prophet’s opponents. It was a part of culture and not a part of the religion.
@AkhiNuh So you think it's proper to use your wife to get attention on UA-cam? There is a disturbingly growing trend of husband and wife doing UA-cam videos under the guise of dawa. This is not from Islam. And everyone does not want attention. I personally don't know how your clip ended up in my algorithm, but nevertheless, it did. So I advise you to seek advice from the scholars of the Qur’an and Sunnah as it pertains to you making videos with your wife as clikbai, or in general. You did not mention one ayat or hadith to support the points you mentioned. The advice about the beard should have been mentioned along with the hadith that pertains to it. And I'm not even counting the ayat that you quoted at the end of your video. You are clearly not knowledgeable enough to be a mentoring or coaching people as it pertains to Deen. So what are you exactly a coach of? Stay off of social media, and stop making videos. Take 2 or 3 years and study hard. The Prophet Muhammad SAW mentioned what a man should marry a woman for in an authentic hadith. You come off as weak and desperate in this video. We have enough weak men already who give too much power and authority to their wives. They follow their wives instead of leading. The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman is married for four things, i.e., her wealth, her family status, her beauty, and her religion. So you should marry the religious woman (otherwise) you will be a losers. He commanded us to marry the woman for her Deen. I'm glad that you found someone who you are happy with. There are plenty of Muslim men around the world who have wives with the same traits that your wife has, but you won't see them parading their wives on UA-cam or social media. Keep it to yourself. Remember, anytime you give advice, then advise from the Qur’an and Sunnah. The points that you mentioned, with the exception of having Deen, are just talk coming from you unless you can support it from Qur’an and Sunnah. Keeping the body healthy and in shape is good, but it's not a requirement for a good husband or wife. The first and foremost requirement is Deen. Remember, when you post your vids on UA-cam, you are subject to criticism, so don't get mad or let your feelings get hurt. It's all about Deen, not you personally. May Allah bless us and our families. Ameen ya Rabb

MashaAllah tabarakAllah akhi may Allah bless your marriage abundantly and grant you both righteous children. Ameen 🎉
Shaykh Ibn ‘Uthaymin (may Allah have mercy on him) said:
“If a person sees something that he likes, and he fears envy (hasad ) or the evil eye, he should say: Ma sha Allah tabarakAllah, so that the thing looked at will not be affected by the evil eye. Similarly, if a person sees something that he likes in his own wealth, he should say, “Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah,” lest he admire himself and feel proud of this wealth that he admired. So if he says, “Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah,” he will have acknowledged that the source of this blessing is Allah, may He be blessed and exalted.” (Fatawa Nur ‘ala ad-Darb)
He also said:
“The best, if someone fears that he may have affected someone else with the evil eye because he liked or admired him, is for him to say: Tabarak Allahu ‘alayka (may Allah bless it for you), because the Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said to the man who affected his brother with the evil eye: “Why did you not pray for blessing for him?” With regard to saying “Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah,” this should be said by the one who admires his own wealth or property, as the owner of the garden said to his companion: {And why did you, when you entered your garden, not say, 'What Allah willed [has occurred]; there is no power except in Allah} [al-Kahf 18:39].”
Shaykh Muhammed Salih al-Munajjid said:
"If someone fears that he may have affected someone else with the evil eye because he liked or admired him, he should say say: Barak Allahu laka or ‘alayk"
Conclusion:
To protect others from yourself
Barak Allahu laka or Barak Allahu 'alayk or Ma sha Allah tabarakAllah or Tabarak Allahu ‘alayka
For yourself
Ma sha Allah la quwwata illa Billah

Am I feeling jealous? Being a born Muslim, a practicing Muslim since I opened my eyes, earning a generous amount of money at age 24, looking handsome so much that I gain attention from misguided Muslim women all the time, and I have to proactively run from them, and I have been actively looking for a wife like the one you got, and I still can't find a Hafiz, Niqabi Alimah. And I don't even look for beauty at all. Yet, I haven't been able to KNOW about a single Muslim woman who is a Hafiz, an Alimah, and a Niqabi. I would marry such a woman even if she was 5 years older than me. But no, I have never heard of such a woman in my entire area or beyond.

You shouldn’t look for a woman who is hafiz alim and niqabi, lower your standards. I just got lucky, I was just as ready to accept a woman who is wearing hijab and is willing to learn and improve. Than you need to teach your father about the ways of Islam and not his own desires, if you find a good man he should not go against that. You aren’t old at all, you have time.
Which country is this?
Could plz you make a videon in confidence!?

Here's my feedback on your 7 points. It is a positive critique, please take it for the benefit only. Jazak Allah Khair:
Ameen!
Don’t agree with everything but you made some points I do agree with, may Allah bless you 🙏
When you say « you should be persistent » are you talking about the actual married life?

Nope
The reason why he put revert is because it is already very difficult to marry as a revert Muslim.

As per a tradition, the Prophet said to the believers,
‘Do the opposite of what the non-believers do; keep the beards and cut the moustaches short.' (Sahih al-Bukhari, hadith no 5892)
Trim the moustache, and grow beard, and thus act against the fire-worshippers. (Sahih Muslim Hadith no 260)
In saying the above, Prophet did not make it obligatory to keep the beard.
@@moviegoerzisn't true
Brother, keep your personal life to yourself. Everyone wants attention. And it's always under the guise of dawah. Who cares if you married a hafidh.
Brother, keep your negative comments to yourself, everyone wants attention. And it’s always under the guise of helping. Who cares about your opinion.
