  • Hey Everyone,
    Today’s video blog is going to look at improving the following:
    * T-Spine & Pelvic Rotation
    * Disassociation
    * Balance
    * Kinematic Sequence
    When looking at the golf swing there is a specific sequence of loading & unloading for an efficient transfer of power that we refer to as the “Kinematic Sequence”.
    If we have a physical limitation with our ability to rotate our T-Spine and Pelvis independent of one another this sequence, Kinematic Sequence, will begin to show a reduced ability to produce power and speed in our golf swing.
    The 3 drills shown in the video will look to improve the required movement patterns to produce an efficient kinematic sequence and ultimately allow us to create more speed & power in our golf swing!
