While a nice technique, l do believe there are easier ways to accomplish the same thing by building on top of a fusible interfacing and at the end fusing it.
I've watched all of your videos today. You explain things very well. You have even given me ideas on what else I could use your techniques on. I do see you haven't posted a video in 2 years, I'm hoping you are still out here. After watching all your videos I don't know your name or know anything about you. How long have you been sewing? What you create / sew for your pleasure.? Are you out there in t.v land? Do you work for a company and make the videos for the company? Do you have a sewing shop? Teach sewing classes? I think that's what your UA-cam channel is missing. Well I subscribed and I do hope you don't give up on video teaching. Thanks for sharing. I'm Alamedaislandgirl on etsy, FB, and Instagram.
I could kiss or hug you! I have long strips made ages ago (over ten years) and have always wanted to weave them, and needed to learn, but then life happened... This is so well explained, and I love how paced and precise you explain, not rushing. And best of all to my ocd WHY WHY WHY mind, why you do what you do. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Thank you so much. I will look at your other videos, and hopefully find a link to make the other items, or a link to a pattern I can buy. I make dog and cat stuff, this would be such a unique look! ❤️ Thank you! If you look on my channel, under HuggerLuvBug, you will see my service dog for whom the practice mat or bed (not sure yet) will be made.
I could NOT figure out how to get the weave on my project to work until I saw this video. Thank you so much for sharing!
I love the look of this. I feel like maybe this could be converted into a full sized quilt/blanket too. what do you think?
