I like this villa ,especially the location and the spectacular views from almost every angle of the property, but it shows some evidence of delayed maintenance, especially the exterior, landscape/grounds and pool area. It needs some TLC, however, it does have a lot of potentials and can be upgraded to a beauty. As one viewer rightfully said, "the kitchen gots to go!" It is definitely on the upgrade list. I'm not too sure about the indoor/outdoor courtyard. Not sure if it is an issue when it rains but it seems to add a unique touch to the property. If I were in the market for an investment property in JA I would jump on this one. I would even consider it as private residence with some upgrades and clean up in mind. Not a bad price either.

Spectacular. We come on the Jamrock cruise every year , we would love to link you & go see homes . Our very favorite is the atrium & general floor plan. The pool is small & a bit far away with no views but really cool. Love to see the dogs chilly out at home. Great showing & if still in the market by December can we go look ?
Well, lets give my opinion, shall I? First, isolation, scary and frightening especially at nights , definitely needs security around 24/7s. There's no lights driving up towards the villa , the road surface is not good , that's not a pool area it is more of a little pond that you would keep few pet fish, the entire place is more of a death trap 😳 very scary by the look of it , only to read comments and found out that previous owners were gunned down at the property which add more fears and concerns . Thanks for the info, i suspected that there was some ill fate that had to be experience at this property, this place needed security cameras and 24 hour security assistance maybe by a firm like Hawk Eye security, primarily because it is remote , not central in the town of Ochi
The view is to die for, love the location. However, I would redo kitchen and bathrooms. I am not crazy about the current kitchen and bathrooms in this villa
Britanny, Thank you when you do these houses, please make it as convenient as possible, buyers are fussy and sometimes lazy, worth putting the sale prices in different currencies, perhaps the major ones, i.e U.S dollars, EUROs, or even British pounds (which is where I am) unless of course, you are only targeting Jamaicans. Trust me, doing the exchange rates on Google is a pain in the backside.
